Menu is great mixture of dishes and won’t leave you hungry. Wine pairing are good, but ask for your own preferences and you’ll get nice pairings.

Had a great experience at Mat Distrikt with a bigger group (12 people). The food was great but the service was exceptionally good. We had a server that had a british accent and unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but he was super good! Thanks for a nice evening.

I had a menu for dinner. Tartar for starters was the best I'd have in Finland. Rest of menu was also great. Had lovely mocktails and big thumbs up for bartender. I Will definately go again.

Finally a restaurant where they know how to pamper you. Excellent service, incredible tastes and never seen so many vermouths. Perfect relaxed interior without white tablecloths.

I had the menu, which consisted of steak tartar, cream cheese, salmon, risotto, lamb, and crema catalana. There wasn't a single miss on the menu, everything was delicious and the appetizers complemented each other. The crisps on steak tartar were a bit too much for me but the tartar itself was superb. Mat Distrikt is famous for it's risotto and the hint of madeira sauce worked perfectly with the truffles. Lamb was excellent, although slightly plain compared to the other courses. I'll definitely come back, 69 € for the whole menu didn't feel expensive considering how excellent the food was.
