Super amazing food. All vegan and delicious. The terrace has a great view of the museum. We had the kebab and the soy balls with regular and sweet potato fries. We were surprised with the big size of the dishes, we got full from them. The vegan ice cream was great as well.

The food is fantastic, especially the ”mayo” (ask for more of it!!!) in ”makkispekkis”, and the service is so welcoming and friendly and genuinely happy that you have come to their place. Visit and you’ll fall in love.

This is a historical and traditional kiosk building that have a modern serving of delicious vegetarian diet comfort food.

This establishment is a traditional kiosk here in Helsinki. You can find this kind of buildings several places around Helsinki but not too many are left to be honest. This type of kiosk is called "a cap kiosk" and they're remarkably old buildings. These kiosk were built in the late 1940s and 50s. However businesses working in these kiosks can be surprisingly modern - especially in this case. Jänö (slang word of rabbit) is a vegetarian diet comfort food kiosk for hungry party people or hangover engaged individuals. In practice here you can find traditional Finnish comfort midnight food but with a vegetarian twist here.

Food is delicious I must say this because most of the vegetarian comfort food I've had are sometimes a bit challenging. Here it's a pleasure to have vegetarian food - it's really good. Price to quality or quantity is great. You really get good vegetarian comfort food here. Prices are starting from 5 Euros and going all the way to that humongous mega portion that cost 40(50) Euros. Just take that vegan (vöner) kebab with fries and you're really full already. It cost 9 Euros which isn't too bad price really. They serve alcohol here too and choices are quite typical Finnish beer. You can get other liquid beverages too if you don't fancy stimulating beverages.

Service here was pleasant and they're really helpful if you don't know what to get. Menu is in English too which is just great for foreign people. Just check their webpage for more details.

This is an outdoor kiosk which mean that there isn't a section to eat if you end up facing the wrath of mother nature here. So raining and other a bit challenging weather patterns might be a bit difficult sometimes. Luckily you can always takeaway your food.

Overall I strongly recommend this establishment. It's charming and beautiful by the park which has quite sunny terrace tables yet quite sandy but nevertheless charming atmosphere. So maybe you fancy vegetarian comfort food? Visit here - it's worth it.

Everything is so delicious. Vöner in bread is to die for. Even regular fries come with loads of toppings. If only they worked year round.
