Extremely helpful service, have never purchased a vape before and staff on had to give lots of advice, show you what to do and what you need to buy.
Plus don't try to sell you expensive models just what you need. Have a large range of stock so for a novice hard to know what to buy.
Will definitely be going back.

Good service, helped me out a lot. Bought my vape here, new batteries as well as some liquid. Very happy about the friendliness off staff as well as their focus on customer service. I’m not from Finland but have visited several vape shops here now and this one is the closest experience that I get compared to when I buy eliquid at home.

Very (VERY) helpful staff. No pre-mixed flavored liquids though (thanks to Finnish regulations), only those with "tobacco taste". But they have lots of flavors and bases for mixing your own liquid.

Went to buy a vape, a bit scared because of how new to vaping I was. But the shop person was very friendly and recommended me a vape that suited my budget and my needs. Very satisfied

Tldr; Fantastic customer service, excellent knowledge of products, really friendly and especially for newcomers.

Went in yesterday with the intention of starting up vaping myself. Haven't the first clue about anything that I was looking for or what I could expect.
As a native English-speaker, my ability to speak Finnish is basically 0. The guy behind the counter was happy enough to converse entirely in English, talked me through recommendations as a newcomer, showed me some low-maintenance / low-cost basic setups and confirmed what I wanted.
He then helped show me how I take apart and replace certain parts of the vape and how I care for it and how I mix my own fluids and how to refill, etc.
Really helped overcoming the anxieties of starting up something almost completely new and wasn't made to feel dumb in the slightest. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in a similar position to myself and wanting to get into it.

Very very helpful and professional customer service. Prices are good. I knew nothing about vaping but the nice gentleman there gave me all the information i needed and he even mixed the flavors with the nicotine for me.
