Hostellerie La Roseraie

We stayed in the self-catering villa, which is tastefully restored timber framed, 1st and 2nd floor on top of a stone ground floor. We'll equipped and very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, so if you are forgetful, like me, you will get fit nipping up and down stairs for car keys and the like!
You have access to the hotel pool and excellent restaurant.
The proprietors were very helpful and pleasant.

This is a very quaint old hotel with lovely rooms. The setting is along the river, It's an easy walk into town, a short drive or bike ride to Lascaux. The proprietor went out of her way to be helpful.

Nice room with view square, authentic with squeeking stairs, dedicated rooms to read a book or retract a moment. Nice gardens and pool site, in the center of Montignac. Good free parking outside the hotel along the boarwalk of the vesere river.

An absolutely fantastic hotel in traditional French style. An extremely warm welcome, very spacious, bright and comfortable rooms and delicious food. Every detail was carefully considered and extremely well done. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

This hotel is very convenient for all the village/town has to offer. The hosts are very welcoming, the staff very attentive and the grounds are excellent and well maintained. The pool and surrounding area is most relaxing. We stayed 2 nights for the sportive and dined in the hotel, for us we would definitely stay here again and would try the restaurants in the village as we had lunch out which was very enjoyable.

Amazing service, food and surroundings. We just wanted a drink, and stayed for lunch and desserts. Wonderful.

Everything about this place was wonderful, starting from the phone call to book a last-minute room, all the way to our departure the next day. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel is ideally situated, not too far from the Lascaux caves. Conveniently, there's parking right next to the square, and in case it's full, plenty more spots just around the corner. The building, garden, and rooms are all fantastic and well-maintained. They've even installed a lift in this historic building! We didn't dine at the restaurant, which I now regret, but the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip and recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation in Montignac-Lascaux.

Very charming atmosphere. The owners and the staff are very friendly and nice. The food was delicious. The outside area is beautiful. I strongly recommend it!

Very comfortable, had all that was needed. Suitable for everybody. Breakfast was incredible as was the dinner. Situated in a great place overlooking the river, a canoeing place just down the road and restaurants as far as the eye could see.

This is from Geri Pare' (traveled with Maverick Mosaics Group 2016); my experience for 5 nights was nothing but excellent, gracious, accommodating, and restful. Highly recommend. In addition to the warmth of atmosphere, supreme breakfasts and dinners, ease of wandering in the garden/pool, in the town, along the river...so peaceful! There was always a getaway space after a day of sightseeing...which needn't be in your room.

Impeccable service, excellent food with some lovely amuse bouche. Spent a highly enjoyable few hours in the courtyard garden.

Avons séjourné 2 nuits, belle chambre avec lit 160 et très bonne literie. Personnel bien agréable et petit déjeuner copieux.
Je recommande la crème aux œuf du chef!
Salle de restauration face au joli jardin.
Dîner au restaurant excellent

Super nette Gastgeber… das Essen war für mich ein Highlight … Super lecker … weniger ist meist mehr … einfach toll. das Zimner ist schon in die Tage gekommen, ist aber nach dem tollen Essen egal

Restaurant c était très bon personnel très agréable et un superbe environnement nous avons fait des superbes photos derrière dans leur parc . nous avons rencontré 3 dames très gentilles.nous y retournons mercredi soir

Beaucoup de charme pour cette vieille maison, son parc avec terrasse et sa piscine.
