It's been a wonderful stay at this hotel, from the warm reception, to comfortable room with super tele, to the simply amazing breakfasts, as well as wonderful views over Clermont Ferrand. We couldn't ask for more. Many thanks indeed.

Very very nice hotel, centrally located. 10 mins from cathedral and most restaurant areas. Lovely staff. Beautiful view for breakfast on the 6th floor. Worth paying a bit extra for a superior room with a view.

Parking underneath the hotel (pay extra). Note to drive into the parking and speak to the front desk via interphone. Parking in the bus stop in front is not advised. If your car is big, don't drive down to the -2 level of the carpark as the turn is ridiculously tight and you will scratch your car/hit the guard rail.

Great stay. Super nice staff gave us a room with a balcony overlooking the fountain in the square. Clean room, well decorated in the minimalist style. The hotel has a good vibe and the location is walkable to more restaurants than I can count. If you are from the US, don’t let the name “Best Western” scare you away. Originally from the US, I was thinking the worst but this hotel is lovely.

Excellent service from the reception staff. Coming from California, we had big luggage and had to drop them off at storage during our 5 day road trip in central France. Laurent took care of it swiftly and, when we return to check in, he was ready to wheel them out of storage of us right away. Everyone was friendly and spoke English. Great location in old town/shopping/restaurants with spacious onsite parking garage directly underneath. Excellent breakfast with a view of the Cathedral. Room was comfy and also with a nice view. Recommend to stay here 100%, we will return to BW AlexVi again next summer!

Very nice stay, very comfortable room, very interesting and charming literary concept around the writer Alexandre Vialatte. Great location near one of the nicest roman architecture church in France. In room dining service a bit light for big appetites.

The receptionist was amazing! He noticed that we were tired and he managed to expedite the check in within no time! We checked-in on 8th of June 2023 at 9:00 PM. Thanks 🙏

Slightly outside the old town but interesting walk up through a very arty area which otherwise may not have done

Wonderful staff. Lovely rooms, & dog friendly. Not easy to find the park though as hotel directions are off. But a minor issue.

Right in the centre of town, with its own underground car park. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The decor was unique and the room very comfortable.
