We watch Edward's shows on TV in America and were disappointed he wasn't there but not at all surprised he wasn't for an 8pm reservation on Tuesday lol. All the food and service as well the location were wonderful! Thank you for a great dinner!

There aren’t enough stars to explain just how amazing our night was. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the most friendly staff and made to feel so welcomed. The music was upbeat and the bistro smelled amazing. The menu was perfectly laid out and easy to navigate. The quality and the flavor of the food was off the charts!! We ordered so much because we wanted to taste everything.

Chef Edward stopped by our table to say hello and we had a great conversation. He is incredibly intelligent, funny and so hard working. Having dinner at his restaurant was one of the highlights of our vacation. If you are in Normandy, make the trip to The Presbytere. It was truly a wonderful evening.

I rarely give 5 stars. Here, no doubt.

From the outside, typical Normand style building right next to the church (as expected by the name!).
The team kept a lot of the original quirkiness from the inside of the house and turned it into a very nice cosy pub-like set up (reminded us of one of our escape weekends in the Cotswolds).

The kitchen seemed to be having a party of its own with some of the most classic rock tunes playing loudly and someone with a perfect English was clearly getting ready for a Karaoke competition in there!

Turns out, this was Edward, the chef!

The food was delicious, entrance (I had a fish bouillon), main (had the lemon tagliatelle), and desert (shared the kiwi / yogurt) were all 10/10. We had very good wine recommendations by the glass and a nice calva to finish.

I personally think it's worth a detour for a very good meal here and something we'll consider doing again soon!

Superb dinner. The food was extremely tasty. The service swift and friendly. The setting very original, warm and with spirit and humor. The highlight was the visit and conversation with Edward himself, very friendly and available. A wonderful memory from a great trip in Normandy.

Wonderful food in a relaxed atmosphere. We shared the slow roast lamb shoulder for lunch, on a late summer day under the pear tree and it was one of the loveliest lunches we have had. Would definitely recommend.

Sunday lunch with our English relatives was an absolute culinary delight again. We had been to the restaurant several times before but it was the first time for them.
The restaurant has attractive decor, a relaxed atmosphere accompanied by professional, friendly & attentive service.
We will be back!

This was by far the most enjoyable dining experience I’ve ever had. The food was beyond exceptional; the atmosphere was superb; and the staff were outstandingly friendly and professional. Chef Delling-Williams is to be commended for creating such an elegant, yet casually cozy, dining experience.

My husband and I had a lovely lunch at the Presbytere. We met chef Edward Delling-Williams and his wife Zoe who were so kind and gracious. Edward talked to us for a few minutes and we allowed us to take a few pictures with him. It was such a delight to meet him, his wife the restaurant staff. Lunch was sumptuous and oh sooo good!

Our time at The Presbytere was an excellent end to our trip in Normandy. The food and deserts were fresh and delicious, the servers were attentive and friendly, and the chef's playlist was great. We loved the intimate, elegant-but-relaxed interior, but also really appreciated how well they accommodated our stroller and baby with little notice. We will definitely return here on future trips!

We were delighted by the prompt, friendly and attentive greeting upon our arrival. Lucy made us feel right at home. She explained any questions we had concerning the menu and pointed out little bits we may have overlooked in our choosing. My professional business is wine but her knowledge and suggestions were all welcome and right on the mark. Meeting Edward was an unexpected treat and the time he spent with us made for an incredible and unforgettable evening. We will return!

Perfection - so glad we traveled to experience this restaurant! The food was the best we had in France and this was after 6 days in Paris. The staff was friendly and accommodating - helping us navigate our poor French. The area is also one of the prettiest areas in Normandy. We wish we had know and spent another day in the area.

one word, exceptional.

a few more words.. We enjoyed a wonderful meal here (Sunday lunch as it happens, and the non-veggies delighted in eating slow cooked lamb that just melted in their mouths), and they fully catered for my weird vegetarian-ness without any complaint.
The food was incredible, the staff were brilliant - nothing was too much trouble (and we are quite troublesome usually!)
Restaurant itself, beautiful.
In a wonderful setting.
Price wise, for what you get it was more than acceptable.
Excellent wine list.
Ambience inside and out was wonderful.
We will definitely return.
A++++

We enjoyed an excellent lunch in a very relaxed friendly atmosphere. I have dietary requirements and my questions were answered thoroughly and with reference to the chef to ensure I could make good choices. For me the choices were exceptional and I have every confidence in visiting again.
