La Brasserie Restaurant & Bar

This is my go to place for lunch, dinner or even a drink when in La Defense! Not only you are next to the Grande Arche, you have the best service in the area. The team is really caring and professional. Quentin, Samira, Pierre ,… to name a few, are very attentive and always have a positive attitude.

Tried the crab roll, beef tartare and beef steak. Crab roll taste nice, beef steak is cooked to my requirements medium rare, although I feel the cut of the steak can be better. The steak sauce is tasty. The star of the night was the beef tartare, mixed with all the toppings! It tasted so juicy and delicious, simply melts in your mouth. Service was really great and time to time the servers will check on my well-being. I felt I was taken great care of throughout my dinner.

I arrived for a business trip and was staying for the weekend ahead. After a day of travel, I had dinner in the hotel restaurant. Atmosphere is nothing remarkable, it’s a hotel restaurant after all, but it was quiet, relaxed, and casual which is exactly what I wanted.

I had a salmon starter with a lime mousse, and a main of a vegetarian pasta with peas and asparagus. Dessert was a peach tiramisu that was actually quite lite and airy.

The food was lovely but service was exceptional. Thank you to Sasa for the recommendations on wine and dessert. After such a long week, his exceptional service and charming personality were appreciated!

Our server, Quentin’s service is the best! He made sure our kids are happy and well taken care off. He even made sure my son got his jacket back that we had left accidentally in the restaurant and run towards us to the next floor. Truly a five star employee! Thank you Quentin!

Great experience! Camelia made me feel like family. She trully cared about our stay and our experience. She went over and above to make sure we was taken care of, she was accommodating, sincere, helpful, courteous and very nice.

Extremely busy evening for the whole staff due to a concert in the neighbouring arena - my waiter Subi remained calm, friendly, always kept a smile and most importantly was honest to all guests on slightly extended waiting times for drinks and food - just professionalism with a smile. Excellent!

Quentim, the service staff at the restaurant, is very enthusiastic and caring towards children. His service attitude is 100% perfect and gave our family unforgettable memories.

The place is very nice. Quentin at the breakfast was very kind and helpful. He brought us food even when the restaurant was closed for breakfast.

This is a standard hotel restaurant but what made this place special for our family was Quentin! We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and he really looked after us especially my 2.5 years old toddler son. He was attentive, professional, friendly and made us feel at home. He went above and beyond at busy breakfast hours to help us and entertain the little boy while providing great service to all other guests. I cannot rave more about him as he definitely provided us an all stars experience. Thank you, Merci!

What made a difference was that we had Quentin serving us. He welcomed us from the very start. He could recognise who was a fresh new customer in the restaurant. And would offer us a drink without even knowing which table we were seated at as I was still busy queuing at the buffet table spread.

I am greeted with a smile from the staff every day. From the moment I walk in they ensure that I have coffee and see if I want anything from the kitchen. This is my first time in France but compared to American hotel breakfasts, this is wonderful! Fresh fruit, cheese, meats, breads. I have been very pleased by every aspect.

The grilled Octopus with squid ink pasta in a Saffron Emulsion is amazing!

Amazing service by Subi Kumar! He is very hospitable, friendly and attentive to our group needs. We started with a drink but end up hanging around till closing with more foods and drinks throughout the night. The selection of food is limited, otherwise everything is great!

Nice food. Good qualify. A little bit of noisy due to the crowd.

A very pleasant experience. Quentin was wonderful and had a great personality.
