Pure France

We have regularly used Pure France for villa bookings and they have always impressed. Through covid they have been superb as have the property owners with whom they work, understanding changes needed due to travel restrictions etc.
Looking forward to both our bookings at properties arranged through PF this summer. A great experience again.

Having holidayed in France for many years, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Not only do they have an outstanding portfolio of beautiful properties, they were on hand to answer any queries we had whilst and since booking in an extremely quick and professional way. Due to the upheaval of Covid, we had many concerns which they helped with. We had such a great holiday! Pure France will be our first port of call when looking again next year.

Superb property with great facilities out in a quiet hamlet in the countryside a few kilometres from Puy L' Eveque and Prayssac. Really friendly owners who gave great advice on markets, restaurants, river-swimming spots and canoeing options...as well as home-grown cucumbers!

I have used Pure France on three occasions. The latest being an expected trip to start this Saturday 22 August 2020. However Covid-19 has put a stop to that with travel restrictions.
Pure France and the Villa owner have shown just what customer service is. Heartfelt thanks to both of you in turning a really disappointing time (not your fault) into something more palatable.
Will certainly recommend you and will be using you again in the future.

Although we had to eventiually cancel our booking (having postponed it for a year first) all due to Covid, Pure France have been extremely helpful even arranging for the deposit to be repaid. Would definitely recommend for their professionalism and quick response to all communication.

Hugh, the owner, went above and beyond to advise me on coronavirus when someone in my party tested positive the day we arrived at our chateau AND when the manager of the chateau started demanding money from us to reimburse (fake) cancellations.

He went out of his way to get in contact with me, talked me through all the steps I would need to take and was highly responsive to any question I had whilst in France. A very genuine guy who really cares about his customers and runs an honest business. If it wasn't for him I would have handed over £1000 cash to be never seen again.

On top of the service, the property we stayed in was gorgeous and very reasonable. I really can't recommend Pure France, and Hugh, enough.

Pure France have been very helpful and accommodating in these very challenging times when we have had to change our booking on a couple of occasions.

They have some great properties on their books and together with their excellent service, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Since Covid is not covered in terms and condition, it's upto the rental villa owners wether or not a refund is issued,
Thankfully refund given by villa owner in my case.
Clarify Covid terms and conditions before you book. As of Aug 2020 there is no mention of Covid in Pure France's FAQ or terms and conditions.
