Au cours de mes nombreuses pérégrinations nancéiennes, je suis entré par hasard au Bar Central.
C'est de cette manière que je fis connaissance avec Sylvain, le sympathique responsable des lieux, un authentique Lorrain.
Comme j'avais pris un petit encas dans la pâtisserie voisine, je lui ai demandé la permission de m'installer afin de déguster mon gâteau, en prenant une consommation, bien sûr.
Il accepta et me tendit une cuillère afin que cela me fut plus confortable pour manger.
Le lendemain, je revins avec plaisir et nous discutames de choses et d'autres.
