Auchan Hypermarché Nancy Lobau

Super, super big grocery store. Quite overwhelmingly big for someone that's used to small dutch grocery stores. 😂

But definitely a great recommendation to visit. A lot of fun things to buy.

Unfortunately it is quite expensive. Especially vegetarian options were very little compared to the size of the store. And the options that were available were premium prices.

This is a huge supermarket on a grand scale! It's at Lobau Boulevard near the Regional hospital, away from the city centre of Nancy. It's so enormous you might need a scooter to explore the place. It has everything except a new car; from groceries with butcher and seafood sections to household items, smart phones, with phone covers, chargers, to t.v. There's a big open car parking across from the main entrance (above ground). This small commercial centre is largely occupied by Auchan supermarket, but there's other businesses here like pharmacy, cafés and a pizza restaurant. As I'm holidaying in Nancy, this supermarket is the best in terms of stocks, fresh produce, meat and seafood, and also so much cheaper. It's well organised to be accessible by anyone even someone in a wheelchair or mothers with baby bram. Best of all is the approachable and friendly staffs. Highly recommended if you are a tourist like me and like to cook at home.

A really good supermarket. The prices are awesome, so is the products offered. I recommend having the fidelity card, it is costless and give you some money back.
