Restaurant la Primatiale

La Primatiale comes highly recommended. It's located in a pittoresque street and frequented by many Nancy locals. The menu offers a small range of entrees and main courses. The millefeuille with confit de canard and avocados was excellent, as well as the entrecote de veau, the turbot and the coquelette. Service was very friendly and accommodating when sharing some dishes. Will definitely visit again!

Place was super busy when we went, so service was a bit overwhelmed. But the food was delicious (in particular an oyster-and-beef tartare, and some banana toffee praline dessert). Gris de Toul by the glass for a local wine.

We had a brilliant evening here- amazing french food- friendly staff (yes they appreciate if you speak french but you ARE in france after all!!) and the location is out of a french romantic movie. Highly recommended!

Taste is good, especially the dessert, not over sweet and satisfying. The only problem is the beef is a bit too cooked, but maybe that’s the French standards I don’t know. In general it’s nice and the waiters are helpful.

Owner and chef went out of their way to make up for the lost reservation. We got a table outside and the atmosphere and food were great. Love the concept of 4 starters and 4 mains which change daily depending on what's on offer and only using seasonal ingredients. Recommended.

probably the no.1 french restaurant in my opinion. small but cosy. food was delicate and taste was superb. do reserve to avoid disappointment, and try out their lunch menu that includes starter, main and dessert. it's value for money and I believe you will have a blissful stomach afterwards.
