Was pleasantly delighted when I found a reversible jacket that was so classy I immediately fell in love with it. I bought it with a good deal and was even more delighted. However I was disappointed when I got home and one of the pockets were broken/undone. Okay, minor issue, product is still on warranty for two weeks. Went to the local outlet in my city and told me they’ll have it repaired. They did and am happy about it. I took great care of it. Only wearing it for special occasions and keeping it safely in my wardrobe when not in use. But then after an occasion when I used it I was heartbroken to find out that it ripped at the seams on the arms and another day near the wrists. You would think that paying for a high price for something should equal to a high quality. Sad to say I learned it the hard way.
