Tom Rafting Cauterets

We had a fantastic experience with Tom Rafting! It was well organised by friendly staff. Our guide, Bertrand, was super safe and experienced - yet the trip was still exciting! He spoke good English and taught us lots about the local area. His instructions were clear, and we trusted him to take us through some awesome rapids, he understood children want to have fun, and encouraged this greatly.
The equipment was a high standard - this trip was a highlight of our holiday, would definitely recommend!

We highly recommend Tom’s rafting.. such a fun and safe experience for an afternoon out. Bertrand and Tom were great instructors and Marie explained everything to us in beautiful English when we arrived.. all spoke really good English. Wetsuits, life jackets and helmets were provided for everyone. I would recommend wearing sunglasses with a safety cord. It was a really good workout and a few stops along the way for a dip in the water to cool off- which were very welcome. Water shoes or trainers are a must and prepare to get wet. Our children are aged 7 and 10 and it was a fab afternoon out- we will definitely be returning! Many thanks to Tom’s Rafting and all the team.

Our family of 7, kids aged (7-16), adults (47+) had an amazing experience. We had a great instructor named Bertrand who spoke a good level of English in order for us to understand. He taught us multiple techniques and actions which were all very useful. He made the whole experience very enjoyable as he was very interactive. Besides the instructor, the rafting was great. Perfect amount of rapids for the family to enjoy and even a cool waterfall we went down. There was also opportunities to cool off and swim which was perfect. Overall I truly recommend both Bertrand (our instructor) and Tom rafting caterers as a whole!

Fantastic day with our 3 kids (5, 7, 10). Youngest can swim so was able to go. Floating down the stream out of the raft made their day! Tom was a brilliant guide & our large group all seems to have fun. Highly recommend this business

Great team friendly and professional with as much interest shown in safety as having fun. Equipment is all in good condition, well organised and highly recommended.

We enjoyed our first rafting tour led by Tom accompanied by two more boats and a couple kayacs. The tour was great fun for the kids (9-15) and us and everybody on the team was very friendly! If you are looking for a bit more action and physical excercise I‘d recommend the kayac. Our son (15) had the opportunity to change into it midway on the tour and enjoyed it a lot.

I am disabled and do not speak very much French but the staff at Tom Rafting were very helpful, they translated everything, helped with accommodations for my disability and were very friendly.

Our family of 6 (kids age 9-17) had a wonderful time on our ride! It was fun, refreshing, and beautiful! We loved how the guides had everyone interacting, splashing other boats, playing games, letting the kids steer (at least telling them they are in charge!) and just made the whole experience a highlight of our trip so far. The smiles on everyone's faces made this experience even better! I am ready to go again! Would not miss this experience for a family!

What a great place we, a family of 4, enjoyed our experience so so much. Tom and his team are so helpful from the day I booked the exoeience to the end of it. We all loved the experience and couldn't stop smiling all day. We never done rafting before, but Tom made it so easy, what a great day :-)

Great experience to raft with a kano. Fabian was a nice kalm instructor that explained very well what we needed to do and checked multiple times if all was okay.

We had a fantastic day canoeing. The rapids were a lot of fun including a few dips into the water. Our guide, Tom, kept us managing them well. He pointed out the landmarks and shared insights about the environment and ecology in English and French.

We had a great time in Pryénées credit to Jeremy Lafoy, the Instructor/guide of our water rafting experience. He is very organized and clear in his safety instruction. In addition, we learned a lot about the environment and landscape changes from Jeremy as well. 5 adults and 2 teen girls, we had a great time! Thank you Jeremy Lafoy & Tom Water Rafting!

merci a Marie que j'ai eu au téléphone pour me renseigner par rapport a mes questions d'organisation (même si le site est super bien fait ) .
Merci a Line d'avoir pris mon sac pour l'arrivée.
merci a Fabien et Sandra les moniteurs pour leur professionnalisme et très très bonne humeur ! pour ma part j'étais "rattaché" avec le groupe de Sandra : une personne très pro, attentionné, qui sait très bien motiver lors des passages délicats .
sincèrement je regrette absolument pas cette après-midi ! je vous recommande a 1000% de faire une session avec eux ! car ils vont vous faire passer où les rafts sont da le bouillon et où l'on prend du plaisir a la pagaie ! contrairement à d'autres qui vous "vendront " des kms mais sur une "rivière plate " ! aucuns intérêt pour cette activité (a mon avis )
dernière chose : ils sont pas a la montre sur l'eau ! les arrêts "trempette eau vives " sont de mise aussi et bien sympa !
je reviendrai ça c'est sûr ! car on se sent en secu tout en étant entouré de personnes souriantes et sympa !
