The staff is helpful, friendly and honest - especially the kind gentleman that ordered the guitar for me to try and was helping me compare the instruments. Overall, my experience with Star’s Music is a very positive one and I am really happy with the guitar I bought from them. I will definitely be going back!!!

The store is huge, spacious and with a great selection of instruments. However, I did not find what I wanted and had to order from another city. There were issues with the order, but they are still getting 5 stars: the called me, and proposed a solution that satisfied me.

Great staff! Bought some focal monitors and later an Eowave Quadrantic Swarm. The salesperson is very nice and knowledgeable, patient and not clingy. Just wish they had more synths (lots of keys, but now limited synthetic choices, and modulars).
