Unbelievable. The food, the staff, the location, the value for money, this place has it all.
So good for the money paid, staff were excellent and food was incredible. Yes couple euros more than other restaurants but you won't be disappointed. Staff speak English too! This place would have a michelin star in England!

Situated overlooking the Dordogne, this small bistro is producing some incredible food.
Tucked right against the river and the road of the bridge this small but mighty restaurant makes dishes that will delight both your eyes and palate. When we arrived at 7 just as the restaurant was opening there were already people waiting to get in. By 7:30 the place was full. We choose the set menu of entree, main, and dessert for 33 Euros. I had the asparagus which was a divine cold melange, part salad, part soup. Topped with a crunchy cracker which was a perfect balance. My husband the shrimp which he enjoyed. I had the hake which was again soup like but with lots of texture and flavour, with a hint of curry?
We finished off with the tiramisu and the baba chocolate. Both were delicious and generous servings. We shared a bottle of white wine which the waitress helped us select. Service was efficient and completely acceptable. There were 2 servers for entire restaurant so they were busy. Atmosphere is buzzy and bright and perhaps a bit stark. A wonderful evening and exceptional food.
Reservations recommended.

Our favourite restaurant in the Bergerac area.
Set overlooking the river, you can choose to eat indoors or as we did on the outside terrace with the river and town view.
Staff were friendly and speedy.
The main star however was the food. Modern French classics with an Asian twist at times. Coupled with high quality wine and reasonable prices.
This place is a must to visit if you are in the Bergerac area.
We can not wait to go back!!

Fantastic. Amongst the best of meals we have ever had in France.

We had a wonderful lunch here today. The food was outstanding quality and very good value, we had the supreme of chicken which was most memorable. The house champagne is Joseph Perrier, and is excellent value by the glass. We were made to feel so welcome by the staff, and will definitely be back. The design of the restaurant is very elegant and comfortable, with a delightful terrace over-looking the river if the weather is good. This is a real gem in Bergerac.

Superb food book in advance for a balcony seat and enjoy the views, very had working team,well done.

Very nice little restaurant on the old town bridge overlooking the Dordogne River across Bergerac Excellent food and service. Parking can be difficult at busy periods but worth the effort

Absolutely superb. Our first time here on a Tuesday lunchtime and it was packed. Fantastic food, atmosphere and service. If you're around Bergerac try it but you must book in advance.

Have been 5 times in the past two years and each time the food is beautifully presented and delicious. Service very good and sitting on the terrace overlooking the river and old part of Bergerac is idyllic

We had an excellent meal and service at this restaurant in Bergerac. Good variety on the menu and excellent food very well presented and service was excellent too. The restaurant is located next to the bridge, with a terrace overlooking the Dordogne. Recommend you book.

We had 2 meals here this visit , 1 dinner & 1 lunch . The staff are wonderful & friendly. The food is amazing in all respects.
A meal here is a must when in Bergerac, but do book ahead.

This was the best lunch I ever had. Razor clams, cod and Tiramisu for 28 EUR. Immaculately presented and delicious.

Excellent. This time of year you are best to make a reservation as it's busy. We tried to eat there a couple of weeks earlier without a reservation and lunch was fully booked. Mostly locals. Nice terrace. Very efficient service. We will return soon.

The food was amazing the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the restaurant is bright and clean with beautiful clean kitchen and staff which I is open to the seating area you can see your food being prepared, the seating has comfortable chairs and tables where we felt relaxed and not rushed, we will definitely be coming again as we would like to use the outside deck area which over looks the Dordogne river and Bergerac port and town.

Gorgeous restaurant on the far side of the river to the main town, but so worth the trip across the bridge. Lovely staff, delicious & skillfully prepared food and wine, and very reasonably priced. We ate in the terrace with its wonderful view across the Dordogne to the old city. Very highly recommended.

Excellent service and food you would make a good choice to eat here it is very good.
