Best Western Urban Hôtel - Rococo Restaurant

We had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western Urban hotel! We stayed two nights, but (due to circumstances) in two seperate rooms. Both rooms were nice and the beds are awesome!

The only downside was that in both rooms the water in the shower did not drain properly. It flooded the showers.

The employees are awesome! They’re young, they’re unique and original. But above all: they’re kind and offer a welcoming service.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel! Guillaume was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy. Thank you for everything Guillaume, you’re the best, I will be back soon!

Great hotel. Spent a week on business trip there. The staff is super friendly and helpfull. Suites are oldschool but very clean and the bed was the most comfortable i ever slept in. For me it was located in great spot. Not to far from center. Will be my top choice next year.

Very lovely hotel. Good location only few mins drive to city centre. The only think I didn’t like is that o haven’t been told there is a deposit they take out of my account and I had to ask about it as I found on my account the money being taken. After I asked they told me that I will get deposit back for the room after we leave but I was waiting for their money back for over 2 weeks!!
They have a private gated parking and a garden which is very good too. Would go back but not liking to wait for deposit being returned for that long.

A lovely little hotel within a short distance from Lille. Fabulous staff who are always available, very helpful and always with a smile! Rooms a little small but the bathroom was excellent and everything was very clean. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was lovely food and a good atmosphere. Breakfast was of an excellent quality and plentiful. Lilith & Auriane were fabulous on reception, waitresses and serving our drinks. Would highly recommend and hope to return one day.

Excellent rooms and staff are super helpful!! If you have a car and need parking this is an excellent place to stay.

Great hotel with a beautiful see through lift that goes up the middle of this stunning building. Room was lovely, nice coffee and tea. The spa area could have done with its own changing room so I wouldn’t have to go downstairs in my dressing gown.

A wee gem in Lille very helpful and friendly Staff. Great food choice for breakfast and evening meal. Downside was not much light in room had to use torch to do some work what there. Bathroom was nice and bright. Would go back

Very nice boutique hotel. The historical restaurant room is worth a look and the food very good. Staff is competent and friendly.

I stayed at the hotel and the level of attention was amazing! The staff is really warm and helpful! The restaurant has great dishes, and the wines, beers and desserts are really, really good!

Good Hotel in a quite area accessable to a wonderful park and other city areas. The spa is very good. Loved he breakfast as well.
