Domaine de Pelouaille

We love Domaine de Pellouaille and his was our third stay there in the last seven months. Florence and Hans are fantastic hosts, the rooms and facilities are excellent, and the dinners and breakfasts are always first class. We hope to return.

Delightful chambre d’hote with charming hosts Florence and Hans. Beautiful rooms, lovely dinners in a relaxing spot but near St Jean make the Domaine de Pelouaille a perfect stopover or base. Great value and can’t recommend them enough.

We stayed in the Hibiscus Suite which was full of character and very comfortable. It consisted of a separate sitting area with fireplace, a big bedroom with a huge bed, and a lovely shower room. It was very warm everywhere. The dining room, just across the hallway, was where we were served an ample breakfast with plenty of choice. We arrived a little early and were served with coffee and cake which was much appreciated. We wholeheartedly recommend this property and will definitely be back.

Lovely Chambres D'Hôtes, with comfortable room, excellent dinner and breakfast.
Our arrival was welcomed with warmth and a drink.
Location is close enough to good roads but far enough away to not be disturbed.
The domaine itself is a pretty and well maintained building, accessible just around the corner from the bend in the road.

Found the place quite easily,very nice welcome.the room was nice slept really well in a very comfortable bed & was quiet ,the bathroom was immaculate with a lovely hot shower ,then down to breakfast with tea & pastries very nice . overall a very good experience & would definitely recommend to anyone, a reasonable price & if we're in the area again we will definitely see if we can stay again 😃👍

After a 3 night stay, we only wish we could have stayed longer. Wonderful hosts, lovely setting, room was terrific, and dinner on the lawn was delicious. We will definitely return.

Stayed one night on the way back to Luxembourg from vacation in Spain, and wish we had planned to stay longer! An absolutely perfect place to relax and unwind. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Hosts are welcoming, charming and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The Hibiscus Suite was spacious and clean with a modern bathroom that did not detract from the character and charm. Great home base for exploring the area. Looking forward to returning soon!

We were looking for a stay outside the big cities, that offered dinner and breakfast, preferably with a secure parking for our full packed car. This chambres d’hotes is located within minutes of the main highway but far away as to not listen to any sound. Rooms are clean and comfortable. It was a really hot night so sleeping with the windows slightly open was wonderful. Dinner consisted of several delicious salads with ingredients from their garden along with charcuterie, cheeses and wine. Breakfast was waiting for us the next morning with croissants, yoghurt, eggs, bread, butter, jams, orange juice and coffee, simply delicious. The owner is very nice and compliant, she will help with anything that is needed. I recommend staying here.

Spent one night here en route to the south - quiet location, pet friendly, big room, easy access from autoroute & a short drive into town.

Lovely room and delicious evening meal and breakfast. Thank you and we hope to stay again.

Durch Zufall sind wir auf diesen wundervollen Ort getroffen.
Ein tolles Haus, großzügige Zimmer, eine sehr ruhige Umgebung mit toller Natur und formidable Gastgeber. Ein schöner Garten in dem man toll ausspannen, lesen oder auch Sport treiben kann.
Wir wollten eigentlich eine Nacht länger bleiben, nur leider war das Zimmer bereits gebucht. Sehr zu empfehlen. 🥰

nous avons eu l'occasion d'y séjourner le temps d'un week-end.
La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée, et la vue est magnifique.
Florence et très accueillante et chaleureuse.
Mention spéciale au petit déjeuner copieux, avec les fruits du jardin et les oeufs du poulailler, un délice!

Voor ons als gezin een fijne plek met hartelijke ontvangst. Het domain ligt vlak bij de snelweg en is daarmee ideaal als overnachtingsplek. Mooie, ruime kamers en lekker ontbijt. Wij onthouden deze plek!
Enige minpunt ( als ik iets moet bedenken) voor ons was dat het domain geen 5 persoonskamer heeft en we daardoor in 2 kamers verbleven.

Beau domaine, bien rénové, lieu calme et paisible.
Chambre confortable, matelas et oreillers de qualité.
Petit déjeuner bien servi avec produits frais locaux.

Superbe chambre d'hôtes avec beaucoup de cachet.
Florence est extrêmement sympathique, elle a le sens de l'accueil. Les chambres sont belles, modernes et d'une propreté irréprochable. Cerise sur le gâteau il y a une table d'hôtes. Le mari de Florence nous a préparé un succulent dîner. Nos trois petites filles qui d'habitude n'aiment pas la soupe, l'ont "dévorée" et se sont régalées du plat suivant et du dessert; nous aussi d'ailleurs. De plus le domaine de Pelouaille est près de l'autoroute. Je recommande à 100% cette magnifique chambre d'hôtes.

Une bien belle découverte que cette superbe demeure charentaise où tout a été parfait.
Un accueil chaleureux, une chambre très propre avec beaucoup de cachet dans un environnement calme. Le jardin reposant, un petit déjeuner très copieux où rien ne manque et que dire de la table d'hôtes......... savoureuse et excellente !!
Nous recommandons vivement.
