Continental Hotel

The hotel is lovely and conveniently located, for walking to various sights. The Concierge staff (Amir, Benjamin) were very helpful.
The bar staff (Tom P, Matthieu, Baptiste) were friendly and talented. They make great cocktails! We enjoyed visiting with them and other guests, as we sipped our expertly-crafted drinks.

Very friendly hotel staff and a clean and classic French-esque room. And the towels were thick and the shower products were fragrant, and above all, the location was so good! I had a lot of luggage, but it was so nice to be right in front of the train station, and it was nice to have a lot of fun local places on the street nearby. I really recommend it!!

Hotel in a great location in town to explore Reims. Very nice staff who offer a free glass of wine in lieu of daily house cleaning - easy choice. Rooms were very nice and quiet and bathroom was large as well.

Very well located, at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. There is a public underground parking just in front of the hotel.
The “Timeless Room” was small, but the bed was excellent and the bathroom well equipped.
Tasty breakfast and very good service.

We were 2 adults and 3 babies travelling, not the easiest group of guests, but all was arranged perfectly and they met all our demands. Personnel is professional but always kind and gentle.
Building might not be super modern but elegant, we liked this kind of structures, rooms, furniture and spaces are all comfortable and clean.
Position is perfect to enjoy the city and the parking is just in front.

Wonderful location....Great hotel, stayed for 3 nights with the wife so it had to be good lol....from the ease of parking your car to the staff who were very welcoming and pleasant, a very good standard of English spoken from all the Hotel staff, they were also very helpful in ordering cabs and telling us where to go and where not to go.
The Room was very clean and pleasant.

The breakfast looks very good but we did not book it unfortunately.

As a side note: We asked them to book a local and authentic restaurant in Reims for us and they booked a very touristy and bad restaurant for us…. That kind of destroyed our evening as we love good food! Fairly I asked them to book only 1 day in advance for Saturday evening and maybe good restaurants are not available any more…. So, if you love good food, perhaps do not rely on them… but I am not going to deduct the star from my review as it has nothing to do with the hotel.

One of the reasons for 5 stars is the staff. Everyone there is super nice, and wants to assist with whatever you need. From helping with reservations(and some fantastic suggestions) to finding an interesting attraction to fill out day, they had us covered.
Our room was super clean, and we had all that we needed. My only suggestion is when booking, look at the room sizes, as smaller rooms are well, a bit small. The restaurant we thought was good, and staff there as well great. Breakfast was very good, just a tad bit pricey. Overall, great value, and an enjoyable stay. We’ll be back!

We enjoyed two nights at Continental Hotel. The room was on the small side but the bathroom and shower were excellent. The room was quiet and the staff were helpful. What we truly enjoyed was drinks in the hotel bar and the our dinner there was spectacular. The bartender, Sam, was an instant friend and made our stay especially memorable.

We decided to stay in Reims on the way back from holiday. What a good decision. The hotel was fantastic and the rooms were beautifully decorated with a Nespresso as well. The best bit though was the restaurant. The service fantastic, the taster menu wonderful and the best sommelier (Alex) had my husband taking off the top of a champagne bottle with a sword! We will be back.

Convenient location, near to good restaurants and shopping. Right next to underground parking. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a nice restaurant. This will be my hotel of choice in Reims. It hits that sweet spot in the price/quality equation.

Top spot for a cocktail or glass of champagne in Reims city center. Very friendly staff who are fluent in English. The hotel underwent extensive renovations and the place looks fantastic! Very neat and elegantly decorated. Their restaurant is in line with their overall appearance – the portions were nicely presented and included interesting food pairings. Serving sizes were equally well portioned.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this characterful hotel in Reims. Excellent location. The staff were very pleasant and obliging, and went out of their way to organise transport to and from Champagne house and book Champagne tour for us. The room was beautifully clean; breakfast excellent. The Continental Restaurant was amazing: fabulous interior and exquisite food. Highly recommend Grand Hotel Continental as an ideal place to stay when visiting Reims.

Staff are amazingly attentive and are amongst the most courteous I have ever come across in any hotel - period. After leaving our luggage in the morning before checking in, I mentioned that we might need to retrieve something from our luggage before our check-in time. They went above and beyond and had our luggage ready for us in our room almost 3 hours before check-in time! Room was immaculate and very spacious, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Reims train station. Finally, after leaving our luggage at the hotel for the day upon checking out, we retrieved them in 34 degree searing heat. They attentively recognised this and immediately offered us 2 bottles of sparkling water to take away. Fabulous service!!

We came to Reims with a group of fellow travelers. Our stay was short - only one night. The rooms were simple, but comfortable, quiet, and adequate. We were very impressed with the gracious, professional reception staff, the attractive and inviting lounge area, and the bright roomy dining area. The hotel's lunch was outstanding - the unanimous favorite from among the many wonderful meals we enjoyed in France. We will long remember that lovely stay and I feel certain that those of us who return to the historic, modern, lively city of Reims will be sure to return to the Grand Hotel Continental.
