Le Vieux Beffroi

Excellent evening meal, we all had the pizza and it was very good. Staff were also friendly and helpful despite being busy.

It was a short but nice stay. The hotel is in the city centre by the main square which is small gem.

my family and I have stayed in this hotel over many years, and always took rooms overlooking the square.
we always arrive on a Sunday to catch the great market on Monday.
the hotel floors slope, its quite weird and vey quaint and gives some idea of the age of the building.
the clock tower in the square plays the prettiest of any chimes I have heard anywhere in France, and you sit on the pavement listening to the chiming clock tower and the bustling market.
we always found it a great start to our holidays in France.
now I live here not far from Bethune, perhaps we will meet one Monday morning, under the clock tower sipping coffee in the sunshine at the Café Beffroi .

Staff are enthusiastic and fun to be around. Food is served with attention to detail, and you could not be more central.

Love it great architecture cafes and bars.

Accueil sympathique, professionnel et disponible. Chambre spacieuse, confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner copieux. Le restaurant offre une grande variété de plats dans une salle décorée avec goût. En plein centre ville et à dix minutes à pieds de la gare d'eau, pour une très belle balade digestive.

Une équipe au top et au petit soin. Nous venons d'y aller après notre visite au marché de Noël. Accompagné de nos deux enfants mais aussi de notre petit chien qui a été particulièrement bien reçu ! Toute l'équipe est à l'écoute. On nous a tout de suite proposé à boire pour notre chien et il a eu à plusieurs reprises droit à des petits gâteaux. Cela nous a vraiment touché. Nous avons très bien mangé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !!! Merci beaucoup.

Soirée karaoke bien sympathique ! Rapport qualité prix pour le repas tout à fait correct mais surtout une équipe de serveurs au top! Merci pour ce bon moment

Chambre double spacieuse et cosy, méga plus pour la baignoire suffisamment spacieuse également pour s'y détendre à deux, service en chambre rapide et impeccable (mention spéciale pour la bavette Angus braisée, succulente !), personnel au petit soin...rien à dire à part "Merci" !

Emplacement chaleureux, la place est vivante, mais cela ne gêne pas spécialement pour dormir. Hotel bien équipé , sans prétention, mais ambiance familiale.
Restauration honnête, avec un bon rapport qualité prix, un peu victime de son succès avec son emplacement (organisation, attente, etc..), mais le personnel reste très aimable et attentionné.
Je recommande vivement pour toutes ces raisons.
