Hôtel Eden

I can't believe I haven't left a review yet, having been to Hotel Eden three times... So I'll right that wrong now.

A great location, comfy, clean rooms, and always a warm welcome from Patricia and her team (and her gorgeous dog, Rafa). I treated myself to one of the "superieur" rooms last time around, a bit bigger than the budget rooms but with a big wet room attached. No air con, which might be an issue for some of you (it wasn't to me).

Booking and service is excellent, no problems at all, even for my last booking which was made at very short notice. I travel down there "en velo", and on two of my three stays problems with my bike necessitated a later arrival than anticipated; I contacted Patricia to let her know in each case, in my very poor French, and she was really helpful and understanding each time.

Incidentally, if you're cycling or motorcycling, you can park your steeds in the courtyard. There's also a car park on Place de la Republique, next door to the hotel.

Breakfasts are excellent, should you choose to indulge yourself, I heartily recommend that you do. The hotel is about 200m from the Grand Place, shops, bars, restaurants etc all in easy reach.

The booking communication was perfect, I had to make some amendments but it was no trouble, with quick responses.
This hotel is a 2 minute walk into the town square, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.
We travelled on motorcycles and the hotel has secure parking space in their courtyard. At the time we stayed there were 7 motorcycles, there would be space for a couple more.
It is great that the actual hotel owners are available during the day, they couldn’t do enough for us. Always asking if everything was ok.
All our rooms were clean and spacious, some rooms have a jacuzzi bath.
For car drivers there is an underground car park a coupe of minutes walk away, there is parking outside the hotel but there are
Various restrictions.
I will be booking to use this hotel next year.

Amazing hotel, discovered online as looking for overnight stop over on drive from UK to Switzerland. Gave us free room .upgraded as found standard room too small. Lovely location near town square with restaurants, free overnight parking outside hotel, good bathrooms, ok shower, had conti breakfast. Great service and very friendly staff

Have just had a fantastic 2 days rallying in Bethune and stayed here, very helpful & friendly, clean and modern. Location is right in the centre and easy access to the main roads. Will definitely book again when staying in Bethune. X

Lovely place!

Hôtel bien situé, près du centre, calme, chambre propre avec bonne literie, personnel très accueillant et bienveillant. Point un peu moins positif : le parking payant et la wifi qui n'était pas top mais la fibre devrait arriver d'après l'hôtelière. Je recommande cet hôtel

Super séjour. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins et très arrangeant. J’avais réservé pour un séminaire professionnel. Les hôtes se sont adaptés à notre organisation avec le sourire et sont de bons conseils.

Accueil très sympathique des gérants et du personnel pour notre séminaire professionnel. Chambres confortables et petit déjeuner varié. Hôtel très bien situé, en plein centre ville.

Très bon accueil. Des gens tellement agréable. Simple et vrais. Toujours le souci de satisfaire.Très chaleureux et arrangeant. Très propre. Très heureux d'avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel.

Nous avons passé un super moment dans la suite Junior très grande chambre. La patronne est une gentillesse et vraiment aux petits soins. Je recommande amplement
