Thrifty - Nantes Airport

Personnel courtois et souriant. Véhicule neuf tout équipé. Nous a emmené partout en France et en Espagne.
Étant déjà assuré, aucune assurance malhonnête ne m'a été proposé. J'ai payé le prix annoncé, pas un sous de plus. (Mis à part le gros dépôt de sécurité qui m'a été rendu)

Location d'une voiture pour un roadtrip en Bretagne. Prise en charge rapide et la voiture était top. Aucun problème avec. Retour de la voiture fait très rapidement.

Ottimo car rental, sempre un ottimo servizio, personale cordiale e auto ottime!

Buen sitio para alquilar un coche en Nantes. Queríamos un coche con kilómetros ilimitados y poder devolverlo en el aeropuerto.

Personnel sympathique et efficace. Certains véhicules sont hybrides ce qui est un plus.

Make sure to check the car in detail before driving off and take lots of pictures and video of body work and wheels especially any damage no matter how minor

Un aeroporto appena sufficiente baia come spazi fruibili che come locali e attività commerciali. Unica nota positiva la vicinanza con la città.

Very untrustworthy operation. Hit me for a charge for a scratch under the door cill that I did not put there. The girl walked over to the car to "inspect" it on return and went sttaight to the scratch like a homing pigeon. I wonder how many people before me and after me have paid for this same "scratch"?
STAY AWAY FROM THIS OUTLET

There were birds trapped inside. No aircon. And the windows at the top were shut! So no hope in the birds surviving, they even admitted they come in to dead ones. No want to help them or us... many customers got together to help me free the bird while the staff showed no humanity.

Je mets une étoile parce qu'on ne peut pas en mettre 0.
Une voiture loué avec une heure d arrivée à 22h45. Vol retardé nous arrivons à 00h. Rien n'a été mis en place pour notre réservation personne au comptoir le néant.
Pas un hôtel de libre autour j'ai du enceinte dormir par terre devant les loueurs en attendant qu'ils ouvrent à 7h30 lendemain matin.
Le matin une dame et pire la manager nous dise que notre voiture a été reloué et aucune solution est trouvé à part le remboursement.

Nous étions avec un autre couple dans le même cas.
Une honte un service catastrophique et un accueil absolument horrible !
Ne surtout pas louer la bas mais privilégier Sixt ou europcar qui eux trouvent des solutions.

We booked a car 2-3 days before our arrival. We were supposed to arrived at 11.00 pm but our plane was late so we arrived at 00.20. it was closed, we couldn't take our car. We had to come home with a taxi. On the next morning we tried to take our car, it wasn't possible anymore, the booking was cancelled but not refundable !! we had already paid, we couldn't take it because THEY were close on the evening when we arrived, and they disagreed when we wanted to take it on the morning !! we lost money and time, they are scams.

A éviter !!
Nous avions réserver une voiture quelques jours avant d'arriver. notre avion a eu du retard, nous sommes donc arriver un peu après minuit au lieu de 11h30, l'agence était fermée. nous avons du rentrer à notre logement en taxi, le lendemain quand nous avons voulu récupérer al voiture notre réservation avait été 'annulée' et nous ne pouvions plus, cependant, nous avions payé en ligne avant et ce n'était pas remboursable non plus !! une honte, nous avons perdu du temps et de l'argent, ce sont des escrocs, ils auraient du s'adapter aux avions comme ils travaillent dans l'aéroport, ça n'a aucun sens !
A éviter franchement donc.

La pire des agences. Accueil froid, frais d'annulations très cher, j'ai eu deux mauvaises expériences avec cette agence Nantes et à Paris gare de Lyon.
Je déconseille vivement !!!!!
