There are more negative reviews than good ones here is seems, but also looks like some people didn’t take care when reviewing their rental agreement or offers. I had booked with HolidayAutos and presented my voucher at the desk. Was offered insurance but declined as I have annual policy. No problem, staff very polite and offered me a choice of cars (manual or auto) and then emailed the rental agreement to me but explained on screen clearly all the items and conditions. I checked car (new only 14K Km on clock) and queried one small scratch with staff but told it was not significant to note but happy they said I should take photo anyway and show it when I brought car back. Efficient return although I had to call Budget UK to retrieve a copy of final invoice by email when I was home (and no charges or other problems on paperwork). Overall good service and car.
