Avis Location Voiture - Bouguenais

We hired a car (a brand new Renault Captur) from Avis at Nantes airport. We arranged the hire through Auto Europe which was pretty straightforward and gave us a better deal than going direct.

The staff at Avis were very friendly and helpful, greeting us with a smile and luckily spoke good English as I cannot speak French. The service was quick and efficient both collecting and returning the car. The car itself was immaculate with only a few hundred kilometres on the clock.

Unfortunately my daughter left her mobile phone in the car when we dropped it off; but as soon as the staff at Avis realised they quickly contacted me and went to great lengths to get it back to us even though we had already passed through airport security. My daughter and I are very grateful to the Avis team for their efforts.

I highly recommend Avis at Nantes airport, a very professional, efficient and helpful service.

This was an excellent car rental experience. The rental car office was immediately across the road from the arrivals hall. Simon was our agent for both pick up and drop off-he was super friendly, helpful and efficient! The car was in great condition. Upon return, there is a petrol station just before the car return entry point. Super convenient!!

Cars are in good condition, with low mileage. No hidden charges.
Waiting time for final receipt is really too long. It's been 4 days since the car was returned and the receipt is still not in my email box. Regardless the personnel assured that the receipt will be sent shortly :).

Picking up the car was a very smooth process. Having booked and paid a few weeks before I just had to show them my reservation number and I was good to go. The car was new and clean. I would recommend this company if you travel to France. You can leave the car, at the end of your journey in another agency. This is very handy if you planned to use the car to go from A to B rather than doing a tour. Coming from Republic of Ireland I did not have to queue, as most of the travellers that day, it seems booked their cars from a competitor located just beside.

Particularly good customer service hence bothering to write this. Arrived early, Victoria (?) reopened the desk last thing at night - as she and a colleague were walking out the door at 11 15pm - to help me out, which was fantastic. Another lady equally helpful on return.

Bravo à l'équipe travaillant ce matin (jour férié). Je prends la route après mettre levé à 4h dans une super voiture confortable suite au surclassement offert sans raison particulière. Vous n'êtes pas des loueurs de voitures, vous vendez une expérience de transport !

Mi hanno consegnato l’auto molto rapidamente. Contratto gestito senza carta ed inviato via mail.
Qualità dell’auto fornita molto elevata sia come età dell’auto (era praticamente nuova) sia come pulizia interna della stessa.

Restituzione dell’auto velocissima.

Interessante la possibilità di restituire l’auto con serbatoio non pieno ed addebito del pieno al prezzo del distributore.

Toujours un service efficace très rapide et, souriant. Des véhicules en très bon état. Si vous devez choisir un loueur à l aéroport de Nantes c est bien Avis !!
Mention spéciale à Guenolé qui m à permis de récupérer la voiture en moins de 5 minutes ;-)

Avoir fait 2 locations de voitures cet été, avoir attendu 10 mins seulement pour signer le contrat et y avoir les clés. Aux retours, inutile de passer au bureau Avis, un responsable a qui vous redonner les clés, vérifie automatiquement les conditions de la voiture, si le plein d' essence a été fait, 3 mins suffisent a vous libérer pour prendre votre vol...

Location pour un déplacement professionnel. Un peu d'attente pour récupérer le véhicule, mais rien de bien méchant.
Quant au retour, juste la meilleure restitution d'une voiture de location que j'ai connu. Alizée a été accueillante, d'une grande gentillesse, et très charmante. A quand mon prochain voyage à Nantes ? :-)

Nombreux passages au sein de cette Excellente agence, aux membres très professionnels et agréables, surclassement dès que possible ou nécessaire. Bonne flotte de véhicules. Mention spéciale pour Guenolé et Alizée pour mon dernier passage. Merci encore à toute l’équipe.

Une super équipe, jeune, souriante et arrangeante. Ils nous ont donné le choix des véhicules dispo dans notre catégorie avec de précieux conseils. Aussi bien à la réception (Romain) qu'au retour, tout c'est fait super vite, sans tracas. Quand c'est du bon service, il faut le dire. Ne changez rien !
