Had a great experience. Picked up the car just after 9:00 in perfect condition. On return a very quick check out with a friendly employee who was fine although the car was quite dirty. Overall no problem at all!

I have to really commend the team at Hertz Nantes Airport. Our arrival flight was significantly delayed and we arrived an hour after they close, so we were worried that our itinerary would be in tatters before it even started. But instead, we were met by 2 of the friendliest agents you could ever meet who wished us well and had us on our way in no time. On return it was the same friendly service again. Just great, great customer service which you dont get everywhere, thanks!!

I used hertz to book and pay for a car online.
Walked in grabbed keys and was directed to the car. No problems with hertz.

But - it’s not their fault but after leaving the airport and heading to Saumur and at the first toll booth I didn’t have a ticket so I was stung 17€ . (Where do I get that first ticket?)

Al ritiro dell’auto mi accorgo che un finestrino non chiudeva bene. Segnalata la problematica prontamente l’addetto alla reception Danilo, provvedeva a sostituire l’auto. Esempio di professionalità, gentilezza e velocità. Grazie Hertz ma soprattutto grazie Danilo.

Świetna wypożyczalnia i bardzo miła obsługa (pozdrawiam sympatycznego Pana Danilo :) ). Nie miałam problemu z odbiorem, ani zdaniem. Miałam w miarę nowy samochód, peugeot 208 z dobrym wyposażeniem.
Jedyne co to bardzo słabe oznaczenie stacji benzynowej przed wjazdem, szczególnie jak ma się wlew w lewej strony trzeba było się nieźle nagimnastykować, żeby podjechać pod dystrybutor od strony wypożyczalni. Ogólnie polecam 👍

Très agréablement surpris. Pas d'attente au comptoir et j'ai bénéficié d'un surclassement. De plus le véhicule était propre à l'intérieur. La restitution s'est faite sans incident. Je recommande !!

Contratto chiaro senza sorprese, è stata data un' auto superiore a quella prenotata senza sovrapprezzo.

Location d une voiture type SUV prise par internet sur le site HERTZ. Choix entre plusieurs modèles à notre arrivée. Assurance complémentaire et siège auto enfant a prix tout à fait raisonnable. Très bon accueil et qualité de service. Tout s est tres bien passé. Nous passerons à nouveau par Hertz pour une prochaine location c est certain.
Nous avions déjà testé d autres agences avant de passer par Hertz et avions toujours était déçu.
Chez Hertz, tout est clair du début à la fin. De quoi passer de belles vacances sans prise de tête! Merci a toute l équipe.

We had some issues with our online reservation but the staff (Charlotte) was able to fix it. She was very very helpful. Our car was new and we paid only for what we had agreed on the contract.

Tuvimos un problema con la reserva por Internet pero Charlotte, una chica muy amable que nos atendió lo arregló todo rápidamente. El coche era nuevo y pagamos lo que habíamos contratado por Internet. En definitiva, una buena experiencia con esta compañía.

Super location : nous avons été très bien accueillis, tout s'est déroulé sans problème, prix corrects, voiture neuve, rien à dire !
Dès la prochaine venue sur Nantes, je solliciterai cette agence à nouveau sans hésiter.
