CUISINE&MOI

I was looking for a quality knife as a gift. They have a great variety in many price ranges. They didn't have the chef knife I wanted and I was ready to settle for a wusthof they had in stock at a similar price point. She directed me to come back in a week. I thought that was odd. I went home and did some further research and discovered the knife I was looking to buy was a lesser quality knife at a higher price point. Few shops are that honest and prefer to sell you what you they have to make the quick sale. Especially if you are a foreigner. I would definitely recommend going there for any advice on fine kitchen equipment. They have a great selection and can order what you need.
