Madennig GAENG-PIRIOU and her team have been incredibly helpful in meeting the banking needs of my family since our move to Strasbourg. They have been very kind and reliable in their advice and have quickly helped to address any issues that have arisen.

We have been clients of this branch for eight months now and have been extremely happy with the level of service provided by them, especially with Madennig and Amale, who have found solutions (and explanations) for us as we navigate living in our new home. The speed in which they reply to emails is...not what we are used to coming from the US, and is a welcome change. Many thanks!

Needed some help on changing some details on a bank account that i have with HSBC abroad. The staff was very helpful and understanding. Great service.

Managed to get my card swallowed by an ATM while on holiday, an assistant from this branch went out of her way to help me, everything was resolved in less than a day. Merci beaucoup!

12 ans que je suis chez HSBC et je n’ai jamais eu de souci même à l’étranger on traitait mes urgences en qq heures c’était phénoménal.. accueil toujours sympa, agréable, la conseillère en ligne toujours honnête et de bons conseils… maintenant CCF ! j’espère juste que ça sera au niveau ! Le temps nous le diras.. je regrette juste que ça n’a pas cette dimension internationale.. à suivre

A chaque fois que je me rends à l’agence l’accueil est très chaleureux et le service irréprochable. La responsable de l’agence est toujours attentive à mes demandes et me conseille utilement sur la gestion de mes comptes avec professionnalisme. Il m’arrive de demander des renseignements ou des orientations par téléphone, la personne en charge a toujours décroché sans attente . Elle est accueillante et me fournit les informations dont j’ai besoin et m’oriente avec clarté. Je suis ravi d’avoir ouvert mon compte auprès de cette agence et bravo à tous le personnel.

L'accueil était chaleureux et l'agent Philippe Erasimus fesait tout pour aider les clients. Ça donne envie d'ouvrir un compte à cette agence. Merci.

Je note 5 étoiles seulement par ce qu'ils ont Nada KOUROURI à l'agence, très gentille, très serviable et très réactive. Nous avons eu un soucis de résiliation d'un contrat d'assurance qui a traîné 6 mois après notre demande de résiliation, mais Nada n'a pas lâché pour faire valoir notre droit. Ceci n'est qu'un service parmis tant d'autres.

Très bon accompagnement, conseillère super agréable et à votre écoute, chaleureuse, accueillante, respectueuse, bref elle est parmis ceux qui se font rares de nos jours, ceux avec qui tu te sens pris en charge en tant que client et non comme un chiffre d'affaires potentiel.
