La Grande Dame

We’ve been here three times in two days. First for some drinks and dessert then for coffee and after for food but every time we were very satisfied with everything. The service it’s good with friendly and nice people , the food is very tasty and the prices are pretty good considering the touristic area. We liked it! definitely would consider coming again 😁

Super cozy restaurant with a great view if you sit outside. Starters, mains and desserts were delicious and fresh. Portions are Okey size. Onion soup is a must to try. Staff was really good and spoke English. Totally recommend this place

We were looking for a place to grab a quick dinner, which also offered tarte flambee and stumbled upon this place. Cozy atmosphere, good local beers, very good tarte flambee. Also had the croque madame, which was also tasty. Very friendly service and decent prices.

I had a great solo meal at La Grande Dame on my first day in Strasbourg. I was seated quickly upstairs and given a coveted seat by the window overlooking the street so I could watch the passersby. I ordered the Muenster Tarte Flambé which was excellent and light, along with a glass of Riesling. It was a great start to the trip, service was friendly and quick - highly recommend!

Great staff! They were very friendly and spoke fluent English. The food and drinks are nice! Lots of draft beer options. Indoor and outdoor options available. Great music indoors and a good view of the Cathédrale Notre Dame de Strasbourg outdoors. A great place to enjoy a nice meal or grab a quick drink/coffee ☕🍺

One of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten (and believe me I’ve had MANY), mouthwatering soups, incredible homemade spätzle, great selection of beers, top notch service and possibly the best location in town. Not only would I recommend it, but I can barely wait to come back and try all their menu. 10/10.

Given the location, you might expect a tourist restaurant. Instead, this place is absolute quality. Excellent service and divine food. You can also eat your way through the animal kingdom, which is a definite bonus. No animal is safe.

Great place right by the cathedral One of many to pick from. But if you pick the right hour before the rush gets there the food is very good and offers all of the favorites. I had a good salad flam kuchen a carafe of little wine and a big beer to follow. It's located right there a block from the cathedral and it's magnificent approach

Very good food and atmosphere within this little place. Would recommend it to everyone that likes juicy beef and other meaty goods. The service was also very nice and joyful.

We enjoyed dining at La Grande Dame for lunch. I enjoyed the fresh local venison with cheese dumplings and my partner enjoyed the wild boar burger. We highly recommend both dishes. The servers were very nice and helpful. They even offered water to our golden retriever. We plan to dine here again next time we’re in the area.

We had beers and a dessert. I have never heard about this brand but the beers were tasty and I would recommend the dessert because despite the size it was very tasty.
The person serving us was polite and professional while the location is just breathtaking cause it's situated right in front of the cathedral.

I went on a very quiet night, so the atmosphere was a bit flat. I had the Cordon Bleu and it was fantastic. I recommend!

Great service. Suprising good food. I first thought
because of where it was then it maynot be good. But I was wrong. The 1664 beer was amazing the burgers were amazing. What a nice surprise. All the food we tried was delicious.

Great place! Stumbled upon it walking through the city and decided to come in. They seated us very quickly and our server was lovely! The food was phenomenal!!!
