This is an AMAZING restaurant!! It's my first time here and also first time trying the escargots (snails) it's super delicious and taste like abalones.
I had three plates of snails on first attempt!! Lol 🤣🤣
The Froi gras is super fresh and yummy!!
The veal (baby calf)is super tender and highly recommended. The soup is nice. As I have changed their local noodles to cut handmade deep fried potatoes.

The wine is perfdct with Bordeaux's full-bodied wine.
Best place to come in Strasbourg !!

We came for desert only as we heard their Black Forest cake was good.
It was EXCELLENT! Light and so good.
Owner didn’t much like we didn’t order a meal.
In addition, the short coffee was very good.
Looking at the plates around us we probably should have had dinner here as well. Looks much better than where we had dinner.

Stephanie was so incredible, 10 out of 10 when it came to her service. Food was fantastic, I truly recommend coming here. The view from the patio was second to none.

Tasty, authentic Alsace food in a good location! 2 of us visited on a very busy Saturday night, but they found space for us after 5 minutes. The pork knuckle was fantastic, staff were friendly!

So today, after myself and my 7 years old daughter have been refused at L'Endroit, we found this really good restaurant inside the "old part of the city" full of good vibes, good food, good ambience and honest and really nice staff. The food was tasty (onion soup, beef, escargots and meatballs specially prepared for my daughter), the ambience was great (we stayed outside and the location is beautiful), the service is fast and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We were lucky to be refused at L'Endroit just to find this really good place and remember the simple but important things in life. Thanks Le Pfifferbriader.

I dont understand why restaurant have so low grade everything was very very good..pig haxe and lamb haxe where so soft and full of taste.next time when we come to Stras we come again:)

Excellent meal by the river. Very kind staff, fluent in English.

We stopped by for lunch, after the boat tour.
Despite entering the restaurant towards the end of the peak time, the service was flawless, and the food delicious: Flammkuchen (French trate) and Eisbein (ham hock).
