Nice hipster-vives bar restaurant with good traditional Flambeed Tarts. The Cantal one has a good soft cheese layer which tastes really good. We were there super early to get a table since it gets crowded later on.

best tarte flambée and kir classique in all Strasbourg! Also the service is super friendly and the atmosphere really légère and communicative (I recommend sitting at the bar, you‘ll notice everything that happens and get into conversation with other people).
Loved it here and will come back anytime I return to Strasbourg😊

Binchstub Broglie is a true gem. Pierrick is an amazing, funny host with very good recommendations. Together with the amazing tarte flambés I recommend the cremant Achilée Zéro dosage from 2019. The tarte flambé are the best in Strasbourg. At the weekends, reservations are highly recommended. P.S. don’t pay attention to the few negative results from some frustrated people. Binchstub Broglie is absolutely 5 stars.

Enjoyed it so much, I went twice. The tarte flambée was amazing. The local wines, delicious. Abdel Kareem who prepares the tartes friendly and a pleasure to chat with. Such a pleasant Strasbourg experience. Highly recommend.

Found this place via TikTok, it did not disappoint! We order a traditional Flammekueche and local Alsatian beers, and then we asked the waitress to suggest which flavour of Flammekueche we could order apart from the traditional one.
The waitress' suggestion was a Flammekueche with cranberries, arugula and a local yellow cheese. It was fantastic, highly recommended!
The staff spoke English and was very friendly and accommodating.
If you are ever close to the area, it is worth a visit!

Meal for 12: nothing like a tarte flambée (wide selection)!
Small wine selection but very good advice from the waiter, very friendly.

Love the tarte flambée with the fresh crust and just the right amount of topping. I had the goat cheese with herbs and honey that was absolutely gorgeous. It was fun sitting at the bar table and watching the friendly servers managing the busy stub with amazing humour and ease. Would love to visit again next time I visit Strasbourg.

I love the chill and cosy ambience of the restaurant. It’s good whether if you’re going alone or with your friends or family. They offer great local food and beer and I got a tarte flambee with cheese, mushrooms and parley. Although it’s made to order but it only took like 5 minute to wait. It’s greasy and delicious. The staffs were all so nice — I couldn’t read French so they explained to me very patiently. I highly recommend this place!

Very good food (quality flammekuches), nice combos of ingredients and good prices (11-13€/each). They have a recipe with basically any popular French cheese. A nice selection of local beers and wines as well. The place itself is nice and modern, lots of plants and there's air conditioning inside (a wonder during a heat wave) - plus, the waitresses are lovely. We'll get back here to try some more of their tarts.

My friend recommended Binchstub for the Tarte flambé and it was the best decision ever. The place is cozy, warm and very nice. I was alone and the owners (I think)were so pleasant and even got a free shot of a special blend of drink. I sat at the bar with them and I had such a great time that I didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend this place.

One of the best things I’ve ever eaten! (August 2019)

Coming back in May 2022……still the best flammkuchen/torte flambé I’ve eaten, this place is a must in Strassburg for anyone who seeks the best version of a cuisine!

Wow. The Flammkuchen was amazing! I've had Flammkuchen in Germany before and never thought much of it... but the Flammkuchen here totally changed my mind. It was delicious! We had one with pear and blue cheese, one with raclette and ham and one with compte cheese and walnuts. The base was super thin and crispy and the sheer amount of cheese was awesome. The service was efficient and waiters and host very friendly and even spoke English with us. 10/10 would recommend. Place was absolutely packed to the brim with people on a Friday night.

50cl caraf wine and a tarte flambee cost 40€. The taste and service was really good.

They have indeed one of the best tarte flambee. We returned in Strasbourg after our first trip there 4 years ago and we tried to find again this restaurant as we enjoyed so much the food and atmosphere.
If you're looking for a posh place then this is not necessarily for you. If you're looking for a relaxed atmosphere, good vibes, then you should try it (and it would be good to make a reservation upfront because it is a small place with limited tables).
