We came here with high expectations, and we were excited!
This restaurant is located in a beautiful old building, and also the interior is kept in this charming, cozy style.
The food was traditionally Alsatian and exceptionally well prepared. The products for the starters were of high quality and well-tasting. For our main courses, we were served fish that was on-point and an Alsatian coq au vin that was perfectly tender and juicy. Finally, we finished our dinner with a large piece of a home-made Tarte.
The service was multi-lingual and very friendly, prices were affordable. We can only highly recommend this place.

We had a friendly greeting and were escorted to our table on the 3rd floor. The building very interesting, amazingly well preserved. Our server ( I wish I recalled his name) was fantastic, he provided great recommendations for food and wine and everything was absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

It is in an authentic building with a beautiful ambiance. They have traditional Alsace food and delicious wines.
The prices are also affordable for these delicious dishes.
I think you should give them a chance, but do not come without a reservation.

🍽 MENU 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 With many dishes from which to choose the menu is the perfect representation of a complex cuisine such as the French one. Can't tell you which to choose but base it on personal preferences as any looks amazing.

Perfect place at the heart of Strasbourg close to the cathedral. Great for a date or a group. The staff are friendly, lots of delicious alsacien specialties. Great menu du jour. We were a group of 8 people, and we all enjoyed our time. I will be back when I come to visit Strasbourg next time.

Good food, big place to hangout with friends and colleagues.
I like the old wooden floor of the house, the decorations, etc.

I couldn't get a table this summer and come back in Christmas time.

Very warm atmosphere and professional service.

Just one thing, we came with two children and food service between adults and children were not so good timing.Actually our kids are elder and we enjoyed dinner time really much without problem.

They were welcome for kids and they have kids menu. If kids don't destroy atmosphere, they could also enjoy altisan food. My daughter liked her sausages and my coq au vin.

Alsatian food paradise. Have eaten here twice now and it is just fabulous. The location inside Strasbourg Grand Ile is pretty perfect as well. Cozy and real.

Love their escargots, alsace salad, braised pork, seasonal fish with cream, tradition mixed pork dish ❤ definitely be back 👌🏻

Incredible food. Unique cuisine: Alsatian! One to remember in taste and dining experience. Nice dining experience with the charming space with wood panel walls and cozy tables. The most memorable bite was the cream sauce young rooster - it was absolutely heavenly. A bite I will remember! Spaetlze was also very good. Escargo - small snails but the sauce and the bread dipped it was very nice. Enjoyed this spot very much. Takes VISA. Great spot. So happy.

Tete de veau was spot on delicious and the braised pork leg is so tender and delicious. Pea soup was also good. It hit the spot in my belly. Service was great. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Chez Yvonne is really excellent.The hardest part is what to choose. The food was wonderful. All entrees and main dishes were extremely tasty. We kept passing the plates around so we all got to taste
everything. The alsace wine selection was reasonably priced and very well chosen. The service was outstanding. Highly recommended.

We ha the foie grass & saurkraut & coq a vin. All were superb! They even had a chair for our little girl.
Definitely worth it!

Beautiful and delicious food!! The place is really cosy. It was very popular when we went over Christmas time and booking was required. Not sure about the other times of thr year. Worth place to go and try traditional Ausation food. Everyone was very friendly!!

Ordered the pike perch with sauerkraut. Also added on a side of potato salad. Just amazing! It was so delicious!!!
