Café de l'Avenue

We stopped at café de l'Avenue during a rainy day, it was a total walk-in. Just loved it from the outside and we were not disappointed. Extremely friendly staff, excellent food - snails, onion soup, crème brûlée, cheesecake - we absolutely recommend!

Stopped for lunch food was good and prices fair for the area. Daughter had the chicken with mustard sauce and delicious. Me the more adventurous one had to try something French, the Chitterling sausage and a little unsure at first but wasn't bad was a good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My wife and had gotten into Paris in the evening and wanted to find somewhere to eat dinner close by to our hotel. We walked about the area and fell into Cafe de L’Avenue. It was the perfect Paris cafe experience! We ate outdoors and Vittorio our waiter was so friendly, attentive and helpful. The food was made perfectly and the service was great! The wine Vittorio recommended was delicious. We were not rushed at all and even made friends with some local diners sitting next to us. A very magical evening for our first time in Paris! We highly recommend Cafe de L’Avenue.

Really nice place. Waiters are very polite and when you order coffee they actually bring you coffee, a glass of water and a cookie. Definetely recommended

I just visited this from Italy and I can say they actually had one of the better pasta Ive had since being in Europe! the waiter was so kind and friendly and helpful with out minimal french and the drinks were amazing!

It's a Lovely place. The food was delicious and the wine was perfect to my taste. Our waitress was nice, and she seems to be a hard working girl.
Quite busy but the service was fast. 5* from us

Great cheeseburgers and a great way to relax on rainy day in Paris! Wish I could remember what cheese and toppings they used.

Simple breakfast options (eggs or croissants) and good coffee. Just what we felt like. A little expensive but thats Paris! Staff were no nonsense but friendly. Everything you need, nothing you dont!

Fantastic place , don't have wine by the glass though if you want to drink buy a bottle we had 2 medium glasses each and ended up paying over 60 euros

Very nice restaurant. Food was good. Waiter/server suggested the meal of the day. Came to check up if we are still enjoying ourselves. Reasonably priced.

Service was fantastic; steak was perfectly cooked; atmosphere was relaxed and felt very Parisian.

A special mention to our waitress tonight. The restaurant seemed to be at full capacity when we sat down but nonetheless we had menus within seconds, drinks within a few minutes and she took our order in between running food and clearing tables without any error. Could not fault that service even if I really wanted to. 10/10

We payed € 8,40 for one coca cola and one hot chocolate. Considering the region you're in that's quite avarage. I do suggest that the staff asks clients if they would like another drink. It would raise the profits a lot.

I still haven't figured out why there was a spoon in my coke.

We ordered a Cheeseburger, Margherita Pizza and a Salad.
The BEST Margherita Pizza and Salad EVER!
My husband really enjoyed the burger too.
Cannot find fault with the food nor the service. Very friendly and attentive.
Prices were reasonable also.
Unfortunately, we visited this restaurant on our last night in Paris, so we were unable to go back.
Should we go to Paris again, we will definitely dine there again.

Simple fare, nothing too special, but beautifully cooked and the sauce that came with the chicken breast was to die for! The potatoes were also ridiculously good. Relaxed atmosphere and the wait staff were kind and very patient with my terrible French.

Excellent French onion soup.
Great cheesecake.
Server was exceptional.

Would recommend.
