Tombe de Georges Méliès

Tricky to find, because the pin in Google Maps is not accurate, but worth it for fans of Georges Melies. The tomb is not on Av. Circulaire; it is on a path that runs parallel to Av. Circulaire on the north side.

There are two large monuments on the north side of Av. Circulaire, near the intersection with Av. de la Chapelle. To left of them, there is a monument with a pointy pyramid top. Walk along the left side of this monument to reach a narrow path that runs parallel to Av. Circulaire. Turn left on the path, and you'll come to Georges Melies' tomb on the left side.

Note that the tomb has two distinct parts. The flat stone is clearly much older than the upright stone and bust, which were obviously added later. It was nice to see him get the tribute he deserves.
