I have to base my stars on what I payed, remember that you pay for what you get.
The very friendly staff in arrival with the most certainly cleaner Formula 1 that I have seen for a while. Its was a surprise to see nice new beading and a very clean room, with a constant cleaning on the toilet / showers. I take my hat of to the Ladys who seem to be on top and this sort of upkeep will show that a budget hotel is worth visiting and its representation of a value for money will bring back it's good name.

Clean, sink and TV in the room; very pleasant reception. Safe car park, as can be. Refreshments in vending machine at a fair price... Females may drop a star as showers and toilets are shared, but clean. Jim T

As always its a value for money and clean. Why people expect 5 star for €35 It's a bargain and a notice place to sleep.
Will be back and very good very staff on hand.

Super déjeuner copieux accueil chaleureux pas cher tout y est rien a dire même si les sanitaires et les 🚿 douches sont a l'extérieur de la chambre pour ce prix très raisonnable on ne peut pas tout avoir ailleurs vous payer au moins 100 euros pour une tranche de jambon au petit déjeuner un écran plat et les commodité dans la chambre. Après a chacun son budget.
