When it comes to international delicacies, France is often not the first place that comes to mind. However, I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by this hidden gem of a fish and chip shop. Initially, I had my doubts, even after reading the reviews, but you absolutely have to taste the food to truly appreciate it. It exceeded my expectations and can easily rival some of the best fish and chips shops in the UK.

The standout here is undoubtedly the quality of the food. The fish and chips are cooked to perfection, and the taste is authentic and reminiscent of what you'd find across the English Channel.

One suggestion I have for this place, which could make it even better, is to offer a side option of gravy or curry sauce. It's a small addition that would be a delightful bonus for those who enjoy dipping their chips or adding extra flavour to their meal. For the large fish, naturally we expect a bigger size comparing UK standards

And let's not forget about the coleslaw – it's an absolute standout! Creamy, crunchy, and bursting with flavour, it's a side dish that's truly to die for.

I can't recommend this fish chip shop highly enough. It's a true seaside hidden gem in France, offering fish and chips that can rival the best in the UK. My taste buds were genuinely impressed, and I'll be returning for more. If you're in the mood for a taste of the UK right here in France, this place is a must-visit!

J'ai apprécié le repas, un très bon fish and chips. Mais ce qui m'a le plus marqué a été l'accueil bienveillant des deux employés qui nous ont par ailleurs offert des kinder et le thé et également une cannette avant mon voyage en train. Je recommande vraiment et trouve dommage que la boutique va fermer ici.

L'un des meilleurs fish and chips que j'ai mangé. Le poisson est frais, la portion de frites est très généreuse et le service est impeccable. Vraiment un régal mais il faut venir assez tôt pour être sûr de pouvoir le manger vu que c'est en quantité limitée vu que c'est la pêche du jour.
