Thank you so much! We had an amazing stay at Champagne House. The hosts were amazing and the location and grounds are beautiful. We had wonderful curated breakfast everyday and they were flexible and catered to our every need. We were in town for a wedding and it was a perfect home base. I can't wait to return and spend time here again with friends and family.

I can't recommend Champagne House enough.

I have never stayed here, but I WANT TO. I’ve been here many times, visiting the hosts. The hosts are brilliant. Their home is beautiful. My children were like (Kings and) Queens at their table. Yes, the house is stunning, Dale and Martin are hugely artistic, but their sensitivity and the quality of their welcome is what will stay with you forever. Real people, real warmth! Do it!

Champagne House is a very beautiful and quirky house with a wonderful, relaxing and welcoming ambience. Dale and Martin are excellent hosts and nothing is too much trouble. They clearly enjoy their role and meeting people from across the world. I especially enjoyed the breakfasts at Champagne House which are superb, offering a wide range of delicious choices.

The hotel is housed in a beautiful traditional building with charming stone and wooden floors, perfectly renovated to balance luxury and character with a sense of humour. The furniture is exquisite, adding a touch of elegance and comfort to every room. The linens and mattresses are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The location is ideal, right in the town centre, making it convenient to explore all that Condom has to offer.

The hosts, a charming English couple, are friendly, informative, and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the stay. Highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and luxurious stay!

Staying at Champagne House was an absolute delight! Dale and Martin were exceptional hosts, ensuring our every need was met with warmth and hospitality. We stayed for 3 nights at Champagne House to attend a nearby wedding and loved it! Dale and Martin were great hosts and welcomed us in their amazingly renovated home equipped with all comforts. We especially appreciated the great breakfast, quiet surroundings and amazing location of Champagne House. Dale and Martin also gave some excellent recommendations of places to visit and restaurants. We had a great time in Gers and highly recommend making of Champagne House your base if you plan to visit the Gers region.

My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Champagne House in Condom for a two-night getaway to attend our friends wedding, and our experience was nothing short of extraordinary!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. Martin & Dale's attention to detail was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable, even allowing us to check-in early. They provided us with valuable local recommendations, helping us explore Condom's hidden gems.

Our Moët Suite was an absolute dream. Spacious, elegantly decorated, and incredibly cozy. The attention to design and comfort was evident in every corner, from the plush bedding to the tastefully chosen furnishings.

Champagne House's location is perfect for exploring Condom. It's situated in a peaceful area, ensuring a good night's sleep while being within walking distance of the town's attractions.

Breakfast was also amazing. The spread was both delicious and extensive. It was a perfect way to start our days of exploration.

It's like staying in a work of art! Dale and Martin have done an incredible restoration job, breathing new life into this historic French townhouse with exquisite style. Dale and Martin are wonderful hosts and add many thoughtful touches for guests. It's the perfect base to explore Condom and the local area, with so much to enjoy on a day out - chateaux, churches, markets, riverside walks - before returning to Champagne House for a relaxing glass of bubbly in the delightful courtyard garden :)

I recently spent a week at Champagne House and was utterly blown away by the elevated level of hospitality that Dale and Martin provide. From the decor in every room, to the exquisite presentation of food, to the darling patio and cold plunge and the stellar projection of videos on the garden wall - the detail is unparalleled! The town of Condom, restaurants, distillery, surrounding towns and countryside, and the history of this region should not be missed! Add to this the kind and genuine natures of Dale and Martin, and Champagne House in Condom needs to be on everyone's list as the place to be!

Champagne House in Condom is a must stay when in France. My family and I had a last minute change in our travel plans, which turned out to be a blessing - being able to stay here, meet the owners and experience this beautiful place. Highly recommend!

Dale and Martin are exceptional hosts - truly - they make you feel immediately welcomed and at ease, offering an arrival drink and snacks as you rest in a beautiful outdoor space where every inch has been thoughtfully crafted. I can't emphasise their hospitality enough, it really does not get much better. I also want to thank them especially for being so kind and engaging with our young daughter. Family-friendly while also ensuring the parents can relax and enjoy a glass or two of champagne by the pool!

The house itself is absolutely stunning, what a feat of renovation! High quality and the highest standard of styling. The interior design is faultless and chic. There's always something to spark your interest... From the impressive arrival hall, the exquisite lounge spaces, pristine kitchen, to the angelic concrete staircase lit with natural lighting from the skylight floors above and candles in the evening... Every detail to enhance your stay is thought about. I wish I had taken more photos but truly too busy enjoying. The view from our room was so pretty too, overlooking the church and terracotta-coloured roofs.

I could continue, but to help others considering staying here, some key highlights are: exceptional breakfast on the terrace (best we have had travelling in France for over a month), large and immaculate rooms styled 5 star, and hosts who genuinely care about your stay and experience. Condom also was a great town, with beautiful gardens, great restaurants and historic sights to explore. We had a great time.

We have just had an incredible 4 night stay at Champagne House in Condom.
This was our second visit having previously stayed here in June 2022 as the newly renovated elegant townhouse opened for business as a luxury bed and breakfast accommodation.

On that occasion we were one of the owners Dale and Martin’s first guests, we were blown away by the quality of the rooms and how accommodating and professional Dale and Martin were so early in their new venture.

Two years on it has been great to return to Gers using Champagne House as our base as we toured the surrounding area.

Dale and Martin were as helpful and accommodating as they were on our first stay making recommendations for towns, attractions and restaurants to visit

On our previous stay our room was the
Moet this time we stayed in the Pommery both rooms are large and decorated very elegantly.

I must mention the breakfasts which are great!

I would highly recommend Champagne House as a great place to stay for anyone visiting this area of France.

What a delightful place run by warm and welcoming hosts. The whole building has been beautifully restored and themed on champagne down to tiny details… Really a very special place to stay.

Séjour très agréable dans cette bâtisse bien restaurée du centre-ville de Condom. Les hôtes Martin et Dale sont très accueillants et aux petits soins! Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est copieux et très diversifié, un vrai bonheur !!
