Château de Sacy

We had a celebratory lunch here and wow, this is one of the most scenic hotels in France. A must visit! We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Everyone is warm, friendly, welcoming and greeted us with a smile. We were swiftly escorted to our table set against majestic views of beautiful vineyards. We had the seasonal menu and the food was really great. Kudos to the chef! This is one of the most romantic restaurants I’ve been to!

We booked the room with the vineyard view and the view was picturesque and stunning. As the chateau is located on the low hill so we can enjoy the view of vineyard and the small town of Sacy.
Inside our room, we got many local snacks as complementary and all of them were very tasty and delicious. The smell of the room are so amazing. The breakfast and dinner were delicious with very good views of Sacy.
The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

We had a three night stay exploring the local Champagne area.
Everything was perfect.
The welcoming staff.
The 1st floor room with a view that went on for ever.
And the restaurant.

Best hospitality I've ever experienced. Chateau Sacy is a must stay if you are in Champagne. Everything they offer is beyond exceptional. The restaurant is phenomenal and was the best meals we had our whole trip in France. The concierge is very knowledgeable and helped us setup multiple Champagne tastings and tours. We also had wonderful massages and the spa and enjoyed the Nordic hot tubs that overlook the vineyards. I cannot wait to return to this amazing place!

We had a lovely stay at the Chateau! The views are stunning and connecting village is idyllic.

I would also like to personally recognize Adrien! He made us feel incredibly welcomed and he was super sweet and attentive! Every morning at breakfast he’d welcome you with a smile and would warm up the atmosphere!

Loved this place. For our first visit to Reims (6 sisters celebrating a special birthday) this is exactly what we wanted. Hotel was gorgeous…intimate and charming. Each room was unique….very comfy beds…quality of room and bathroom was good! Staff were top notch…..esp Adrian in the restaurant…he was our superstar every morning at breakfast! Hotel is located outside the town of Reims but in a lovely village with great walking and biking trails in the vineyards. Def recommend and hope to be back with my family one day soon.

We had such a wonderful stay at Château de Sacy! This is such a beautiful property with amazing views on all sides. It was quiet, the staff was beyond attentive and friendly, and our room was luxurious. We stayed in the Le Roi Soleil room, which was very spacious and had incredible views of the vineyards. We took a walk in the vineyards, enjoyed live music in the bar area, ate dinner in the restaurant and had breakfast on the veranda each morning, which I highly recommend! The food was great and the view in the breakfast area is peaceful and stunning. I would be careful staying here if you are a very picky eater - we enjoyed the food, but the menu is a little fancy/exotic, and the hotel is not super close to any other restaurants, so if you want something not on the menu, it would be difficult. But it is also only 20 minutes to get to downtown Reims, so it's not that out of the way. There are several champagne houses within walking distance but we didn't have time to explore those. We did spend a day walking around downtown Reims, as well as hire a driver to take us to some of the famous champagne houses, so this location worked out perfectly.

Absolutely stunning! The Chateau is intimate, peaceful and well appointed. The staff have all been so helpful for our stay. Restaurant is 10/10!!!!

A lovely express lunch with my clients before they left Champagne region. Service was warm and accommodating to our requests and short time for lunch before departure. Charming sommelier too. Beaut views and would definitely recommend this restaurant for lunch. It's only 8 mins from the Champagne Ardenne TGV station. Really convenient.

We had an amazing time with you. All your staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved the location and would love to stay with you again in the future.

Overall an experience to treasure, great food, reasonable selection on the wine list, comfortable rooms, all in an exceptional setting/location.
We plan to return regularly, as Chateau is a special place! That said, a couple of bits of feedback, which need to be seen in the context of the overall review:
- the set-up in the fridge/kettle area is a little eccentric, with the only shelf above head height for my wife;
- in our experience it is usual to provide some nibbles(eg goujons) with apertifs, which didn’t happen; drinking alcohol on an empty stomache Is neither healthy, nor advisable, as it accelerates the effect; I know, I should have asked, but was busy dealing with an issue o;my phone.

It's been such an awesome experience at Château de Sacy again, everyone reading this should stay here, at least once, if not more, in their lifetime ! Is already our 3rd time here. Just wanted to say merci mille fois! to so many wonderful wonderful people at Château de Sacy. I don't have all the names, but here are a few to begin with:

Valentin & Cecilia - who organized all the bookings & dinner - so fast & faithful answering all our questions pre-arrival; Joris & Valentin & Sarah - at front desk - you amazing guys are there at the reception to help us in so many ways, esp also for Sarah who is helping me to write to Millésime about the scented ceramic, merci ! Kevin - for dinner service - getting us the most wonderful table facing Église St Rémi. Lunch & dinner is where the chateau bursts into life ! So many excited guests and always a memorable tasty experience ! Jeanne - for bar & wine service at dinner (so many guests at dinner to serve but thanks to Jeanne for helping us). Adrien - for his faithful breakfast service at 730 every morning ! Thank you to Paul - lifting those heavy suitcases. Also thank-you to so many others who I couldn't record all your names. Please let your bosses how much your dedication has made this place such an awesome stay.

I enjoyed another FABULOUS lunch at Chateau de Sacy today! Patrick and Adrien and all of the staff are so professional and welcoming, they always make my groups feel right at home! The season menu was delicious as usual! Always my favourite Champagne stop! 🥂

Beautiful location. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Highly recommend taking the available bicycles for a tour of the neighboring villages.

Wonderful experience of a beautiful chateau … enjoyed a drink before watching the sun setting behind the hill with vines growing in rows.. Then an amazing degustation menu with exquisite choices from the Chef.
Staff helpful, professional and very friendly. Did not stay in the hotel, but will keep it in mind for a future special occasion..

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful building with a magnificent location. Spectacular terrace overlooking the vines. Great staff. The food and drink were exceptional. We experienced some very minor service and maintenance issues, but the location and ambience made up for those.
