J’ai été démarché téléphoniquement de façon directive et autoritaire pour m’imposer un RDV de diagnostic énergétique à une date déjà décidée par BR Construction. Quand j’ai essayé de faire comprendre à mon interlocutrice que j’avais peut-être mon mot à dire elle a fait l’étonnée, m’a pris de haut puis m’a raccroché au nez. Depuis la fin du déconfinement ce genre d’appel où, pour peu qu’ils touchent à l’énergie ou à l’habitat vos interlocuteurs se croient tout permis a redoublé et c’est insupportable.
