Rented a bike here, absolute top quality, both the bike and the service. Also joined a group ride with the regulars which was a nice experience.
Coffee and the croques are highly recommended as well.

Rented a road bike for a week and enjoyed the coffee. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful, cycling people. Highly recommend for bike rental near biarritz / bayonne.

I am glad I went over this place asking for a cardboard bike box, as they treated me quite nicely and helpful.
I took the chance to try a coffee, and i had to come back as it was quite nice too.

The environment is quite cool and relax.

Great crew running the place. Wonderful people and nice coffee/bike environment. This place is a must visit for those who enjoy cycling and for those who enjoy a great coffee time and is heaven for those who love both.

My friends and I had an excellent experience at Veloff. We rented bikes for a week of riding and Adele and Sebastian made the entire experience seamless. The communications before we arrived were helpful, the price was fair, and the bikes were high quality (carbon Parlee Altum disc, Ultegra mechanical).

Will also add that the coffee was the best we had during our two weeks in Biarritz. You can only trust a cyclist with making a proper cappuccino! Will certainly rent again from Veloff when we return next summer.

Beautiful coffee, friendly staff, great chilled atmosphere with cool decor! Plenty of parking available, great range of sandwiches and cakes with lots of vegan options! Very cosy stop on a rainy day in Biarritz.

Whilst on a cycling tour I called into this cafe for some urgent repairs so I could continue my cycle. The mechanic was brilliant and got me back on the road. Coffee and cake was amazing. Great feel to this place.

Very nice place and lovely people. They help you with everything you need. The rental bikes a very good as well.

Des thés, autres boissons chaudes et froides excellentes. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute pour bien vous conseiller

Le café est excellent avec un large choix de plats sucrés ou salés pour accompagner. L’accueil est top et les horaires d’ouvertures super larges!

Mon adresse préférée avant de prendre le train. Accueil chaleureux, toasts, café et touches sucrées excellents !
Le tout dans un décor cycliste avec de la bonne musique en fond. Le petit bonus : la possibilité de louer de beaux vélos de course !

Du café de spécialité, petits plats et douceurs faites maison. Rien à redire, on s'échappe du peloton.
