Café Brûlé

I visited this amazing place throughout my month long stay in Toulouse, so many delicious vegan options, it kept me coming back again and again. Barre riz soufflé was definitely one of my favourites.

À la carte option for weekend brunch is a great plus.
Grilled potatoes are exceptionally good and a must try.

The staff was absolutely amazing & super friendly, and the food was fantastic! Always looking for plant-based gems while traveling abroad, and this was the spot. They also had a fridge and some shelves with plant-based cheeses, snacks, etc. I purchased a cheese based on recommendation for wine+bread+wine - and it was perfect. Everyone traveling to Toulouse, FR should make sure to stop by this café.

amazing vegan place 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 the food is really exceptional, creative and super tasty! the ingredients they use are always fresh and of high quality, they change the menu from time to time and i was never disappointed! it’s one of the rare vegan places in toulouse where you can be sure, that EVERYTHING is vegan! the waiters are always nice and fast, and big plus: the toilette is clean and there is always toilette paper😂 great place for vegan people and also for non vegan people! btw: the plates are huge for that price (compared to other places in toulouse it’s even a bit cheap, which i don’t understand because the quality and experience is waaaaay better than in a lot of other places in toulouse).

Lovely cafe that satisfied many vegans and omni's. The seitan was delicious and had a great texture. The pancakes were incredible! They also accommodated our large group of friends and supported us in English and French!

"good luck finding gluten free and dairy free restaurants in France" is what I was continuously told. And yes, we did struggle to find them but what I say Cafe Brulé was a haven, I mean, it was paradise for me!

The staff were so friendly and welcoming.

The food was nice! We had the gluten-free pancakes and they were nicely soft, warm and yummy! Paired nicely with a chai latte. I got greedy and ordered the cheesecake, which wasn't my favourite, the thick layer of citrus on top was a bit strong.

The environment is nice and cosy. Outdoor seating is for large groups, indoor seating was a bit tight.

I'd recommend this place for anyone looking for a tasty bite

Delicious food and super friendly and efficient staff. Had the savoury pancakes, my husband had the enchiladas. Fantastic coffee too... plus we got cakes to take away.
Only small so it gets busy, outside seats available too. 100% vegan and scrumptious

I went to have breakfast to this lovely place and I was really surprised by their homemade chai latte with oat milk. It was one of the best I’ve ever tried 💖 I also tried the savoury pancakes with maple syrup and it was delicious!

The best vegan place we visited in Toulouse! We had both the savory and sweet pancakes and a cappuccino and everything was delicious! The portions are quite big so if you don't eat much I'd suggest sharing or getting something smaller but everything was perfect and the staff was very friendly!

A lovely little cafe with seating inside and out. A small menu, but that means that the vegan/vegetarian food is amazing and freshly prepared. Definitely worth eating here.

Truly delicious with lovely service! It was clearly very busy the whole time I was here but the service was excellent, and felt warm and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious and the menu was interesting and well considered. I absolutely recommend stopping by.

Excellent little vegan cafe. Staff are really friendly (and happy to speak English). Food was excellent (I had the spicy quesadilla). They also have a small section selling vegan products. Highly recommended.

This is a nice place to come for a cup of coffee and vegan cakes. There is a corner with the selection of vegan products that you can buy. I was given a good advice about the coffee. I had a vegan chocolate flan with was very tasty. Looking forward to come here for brunch.

Delicious breakfast/lunch. Just a few steps from the placa St.Georges. Great Coffee, tasty savory pancakes, burritos and roast potatoes.

this place had the best Bahn mini have ever had including in Vietnam. They had a soy ginger veggie meat that had a super flavorful kick that balanced out both flavored really well. Not to mention that the other veggies, sauces and bread gave it the texture that you look for in a good Bahn mi. I know you probably aren’t initially looking for vegetarian Vietnamese food when you go to France but this is the place to go.

Amazing coffee best we have had after travelling 6 weeks in Europe - cinnamon bun and pancakes to die for such a great find !!

Excellent coffee place ☕
They have brunches too and amazing vegan patisseries! Plant based milk is available, delicious chai tea and a lot of vegan meals/condiments options that you can also buy in the shop. The terrasse outside is a lovely spot for a smooth break :)

Very nice coffee shop! they have all kind of coffees like flat white, cappuccino, etc. but also new types of breverages like violette latte, chai, peanut butter latte,etc. I recommend this place!

This vegan restaurant in Toulouse is fantastic - so many tempting things to try - I recommend for anybody!
