La Bicicleta Ravito

Don’t even think twice, if you are anywhere close to here (or even further away) this is an unmissable stop whether you are a fan of bicycling or not. It’s almost like being in a movie, or a memory, it has that unique quality of true encounters and lasting nostalgia.
More pragmatically, you can grab a drink, a bite, relax in the garden, stay the night in one of the fantastical rooms (the whole place is full of collected objects related to bikes and is superbly decorated). Or visit the shop filled with cool bike stuff, including their own designed collection.
I could go on and on, all this coming alive with the generosity of spirit of Celine and Romuald. As we say in French “ca fait du bien des lieux et gens comme cela!” ⭐🌸
Ps: I stayed in the dorm which felt like being in a mountain chalet, a great option for groups or solo travelers

We didn’t stay but went for a coffee and cool down part way through a cycle in the area. What a gorgeous spot! The folk working were super lovely, the food was delicious, and the coffee very good. The price was also incredibly reasonable. We loved being here with our dog in the garden having chats with a two lovely people we met there - which I think says lots about the sort of place it is - very relaxed/ relaxing and inviting. Highly recommend at least pulling in here whether on a wee pootle or a savage cycling mission 😊

We just wanted to share that we had a wonderful visit to La Bicicletta while we were passing through Souillac in early July. We were on a bike tour of the Dordogne area and had the good fortune to come across their establishment. We had a good meal and beer, and best of all got to share in their excellent local knowledge and hospitality. While we didn’t stay overnight, it was a very memorable visit—they are very worthy of a visit :). Merci!

La Bicicleta Ravito is without a doubt one of the best places I stayed in during my trip through the Dordogne. This is not only because of the wonderful interior carefully designed with lots of attention to detail, the beautiful rooms and the exceptional (!) breakfast and service, but above all because of the warm welcome by Céline and Romuald who really make you feel at home. I would definitely recommend to stay at La Bicicleta Ravito when in Souillac.

We were planning a week long bike trip around the region and desperately needed to find a reliable place to rent bikes, a place where we could store a few belongings and a bed to stay on our first and last night...

La Bicicleta Ravito managed to solve all three of those! They MADE our trip!

If you're planning a bike trip around the region, want to rent a bike for a day, need a place to stay for a few nights or need a nice casual dinner experience in Souillac, look no further than La Bicicleta Ravito!

We'd missed lunch at all the nearby restaurants so stopped here around 2:30/3pm. We couldn't have asked for more. Delicious platters of local food, glass of rose wine and a local beer. We enjoyed the beer so much that we purchased some to take away. Best of all, our 3 year old was entertained in the garden with a balance bike and toy fishing game. A stressful situation turned in to a lovely afternoon.

Lovey bike themed and bike friendly cafe perfect for lunchtime refueling prior to the climb to Rocamador. Good coffee, cake and sandwiches.

What fun. Would have loved to have stayed or have lunch (had to get to Les E but had brilliant fun and Dave had a new pair of brilliant shorts. We will be telling everybody to stop here and is enroute St Malo to Nice.

What a great place... lovely atmosphere, super cool place to stay whether you're into bikes or not.. room was fantastic as was the breakfast... Will be returning!

Ayant une résidence secondaire à Souillac,nous avons eu besoin de faire réparer un vélo, celà a été fait rapidement. Le propriétaire du lieu est très sympathique et peu cher.Il faut juste téléphoner avant pour location et réparation de vélo,ainsi que location de chambres,il y a un parking en face et un lieu pour les campings cars.

Céline et Romuald ont été des hôtes parfait lors de notre week-end à Souillac. La chambre était très confortable, le lieu est un havre de paix, on a rapidement tendance à se sentir comme "à la maison". Les conseils et tracés pour les deux jours de vélo, une réussite. Le petit déjeuner et le brunch du dimanche sont au top. Merci encore!!

Un cadre magique pour les amoureux-ses du vélo. Le dortoir des grimpeurs est décoré avec soin et est parfait pour une étape. Le petit déjeuner est top. Celine et Romuald sont hyper accueillants

Une réhabilitation réussie, un agencement parfait pour ce bâtiment devenu bar restaurant. On y accède par le côté en passant un petit pont. On peut y acheter quelque produits locaux en plus de s'y restaurer. Location de vélo et chambre d'hôtes également, le couple de gérants est accueillant et vraiment sympathique. L'ambiance est conviviale et légèrement rétro...un peu. Une cour intérieure en herbe où les enfants peuvent faire un petit tour de vélo. Réservation possible pour un brunch le dimanche matin qui a très bonne réputation, comme tout le reste ici d'ailleurs. C'est donc l'endroit parfait pour faire une pause, café pour ma part. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Les prix sont justes !

Endroit magnifique, au calme.Celine et Romuald savent recevoir, ils ont toujours le sourire, rien n'ai impossible pour eux, même trouver un lait végétal en fin d'après midi pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain.Les végétariens sont les bienvenus comme tout le monde d'ailleurs. Extérieur sympathique pour se détendre : molky , pétanque ...Nous sommes restés 3 nuits , nous avions une grande chambre : l'échappée italienne décorée avec gout. Le petit déjeuner est grandiose , il ne manque rien, fruits, fromages , charcuterie, céréales, produits locaux ....avec tout ça on peut partir faire une activité sans risque d'hypoglycémie .Nous étions en pension complète, les repas sont variés. Le personnel est très sympathique à l'image des gérants.Nous ne pouvions pas trouver un meilleur endroit pour visiter cette belle région.

Guinguette familiale ou pour un afterwork. Le gérant a été très accueillant.
Nous n’avons pas testé les chambres d’hôtes.
La déco dans le thème a 100%.

Le meilleur lieu pour boire un verre et manger des produits de qualité ! Dans un super cadre, avec un accueil au top!
