An amazing Third wave coffee shop / cafe, serving great drinks by a respected barista and wonderful in house baked goods by their own chef. It is worth a detour, but if in the area please go if you are looking for amazing coffee and coffee specialty drinks!!!!

If "Friends" had been filmed in France, then Fragile Cafe would have been the French version of Central Perk. This new and charming spot has everything you want: Exceptional coffee, flavorful food, natural wine, and chocolate chip cookies that made my boyfriend nervously nod when I asked him if they were better than my homemade cookies...and he was absolutely right!

The ambiance here is one of casual comfort, you feel easily welcomed by the Fragile Cafe crew who renovated this space with great attention to detail. You feel heart and soul in every corner. From the local art on the walls, to the vintage plates the food is served on, to the "just-in-case" products for women in the bathroom, you can tell that everything was carefully thought through.

My evening visit to this swanky new location involved a delightfully frothy oatmilk chai latte accompanied by a delightful chocolate chip cookie. I was there with friends so I also ordered a Bahn mi sandwich and sipped on a white wine a little while later. 10/10 recommend all of the above!

I think this is going to be the new "it" place in Cagnes-sur-mer and I'm lookin forward to returning!

Finally, a great coffee in the south of France! Found this place through the Coffee Trip App . Predictably it was great. Not only excellent coffee, but also good cookies. Very knowledgeable and friendly owner. Worth a detour on the way to the airport.

Great place for speciality coffee and natural wine. The owner Julien is really passionate about sourcing interesting coffees which he prepares with skill.

Definitely worth a trip just to visit

Fragile is a great place to try specialty coffee in Cagnes sur mer. It's tucked in a nice little square a minute away from the bus stop. The owner/barista is very friendly and knowledgeable. He will make you a great drink whether you go with an espresso or something more milky (they also have filtered coffee but I didn't try). If you've already had your daily dose of coffee or if you would like to try without the caffeine, Fragile also has a great speciality decaf for you to try.

Also the pain au chocolat was super nice.

Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try some good coffee or just visit a nice café.

A cafe with a friendly atmosphere, amazing coffee and a fresh menu that is built around freshness.

I had one the best hummus I've tasted there with added lamb on top, the mimosa salad was a fresh salad with quality ingredients.

The service is excellent and the staff is very attentive. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone looking for a quality dining experience in a relaxing ambiance.

Finally real coffee in Cagnes sur mer!!

Mais pourquoi ai-je attendu autant de temps avant d'aller dans ce coffee shop ?!? Oui, sachez-le , l'avenue des Oliviers au Cros-de-Cagnes abrite une petite pépite... Cela vaut vraiment le coup de renoncer, le temps d'une pause, à la vue sur la Grande Bleue, et même à lui tourner le dos. Car oui, Fragile est situé presqu'au bout de l'avenue des Oliviers.

Quelle chance d'avoir désormais un coffee shop digne de ce nom à Cagnes, proposant d'excellents cafés de spécialité (mais pas que...), sans être obligée d'aller à Nice ou à Antibes !
Ambiance conviviale et cadre propice à l'échange permettant de profiter agréablement d'une pause, en terrasse ou à l'intérieur, en solo, en tête-à-tête ou en tribu. Service soigné et efficace par un vrai passionné. Prix tout à fait accessibles et dans la norme du marché.

Laissez-vous surprendre par les arômes fabuleux d'un café filtre (excellent !). Osez le cold brew, (café infusé à froid aussi rafraîchissant qu'addictif). Vous n'aimez pas le café ? Testez le chocolat chaud, le chaï latte, leurs thés...
Pour les amateurs de pauses gourmandes, Fragile propose aussi cookies et pâtisseries (pas trop sucrés). Et pour ne rien gâcher, on peut aussi prendre le petit déjeuner ou le déjeuner : ici on défend le fait maison et les circuits courts. Également une offre de vins nature pour les amateurs.

Bref, Fragile, c'est un état d'esprit, des valeurs et du (bon) goût. Vraiment une super expérience et une adresse coup de cœur à fréquenter sans modération !

Après y être allé plusieurs fois, tout est bon et fait maison. Produits de saison et plats qui sortent de l'ordinaire. Les pâtisseries goûteuses et peu sucrées. Du très bon café de "spécialité" et bien maîtrisé. Les deux personnes toujours souriantes. On s'y sent comme dans son salon avec une ambiance familiale.

De passage dans le coin spécialement pour venir tester ce petit Coffee et profiter du beau temps !
Nous en sommes pleinement satisfaits.
Équipe sympathique, endroit calme et ensoleillé un dimanche matin en janvier. Parfait pour profiter de la terrasse ☀

Petit instant partagé autour d'un chai exceptionnel et de douceurs les unes plus bonnes que les autres. Une nouvelle adresse à ne pas louper au Cros 👍👍👍

De passage sur Cagnes pour quelques jours, je ne pensais pas pouvoir déguster d'aussi bons cafés. Le barista passionné était d'excellents conseils et m'a fait déguster plusieurs cafés avec des notes différentes (gros big up pour le comlobien avec des arômes de citronnelle).
Du coup on en a profité pour manger et c'était tout aussi bon et surtout frais et fait maison.

Bref, une excellente surprise !

Je viens souvent déjeuner le midi et à chaque fois le plat que je mange est délicieux , produit frais et de qualité et superbe cuisine! Bravo à la Chef!
Les boissons chaude sont très bonne, mention spéciale pour le Chaï Latte et le Flat White!
Les dessert sont très bon.
Le service est toujours au top!
