Kiss The Ground Geneva Eaux-Vives

Thank goodness this place is around. We moved here from the U.S. and had been looking for a grocery store that was like the health food stores we have back home. Kiss the Ground is definitely pretty darn close to them. They have a great selection of gluten-free items, vegan items, meat items, and so much more. The staff are very friendly and recognize us every time we come in, so it's a neighborhood feel. We typically only get a few things from here, though, because it's a bit pricey.

Something you must try... Bio-Inka's products! They have the best dried mango and cacao nibs (so yummy as a snack!). The "premium cacao nibs - camu-camu" are the best ones, in my opinion. And I haven't been able to find them in any other store.

They also have a big selection of bio products. To include almond butter, thank gosh! And rice crackers that really only have rice. And I really love their selection of soups... no other store has as good of a selection.

All in all, we really love Kiss the Ground and wish they had one closer to our new neighborhood.

But why this awful name?! "Embrace the Earth" maybe. "Ground" can evoke the cement, concrete surface in the streets, "Earth" evokes nature and the name of our planet. I always thought that a good translation of "Bio c' Bon" would be " 'Ganic is Good", conserving an abbreviation and an alliteration.

It has a variety of bio products which are unique and of good quality.

So convenient for bio stuff lovers.

Jai été très satisfaite. Ayant un régime sans FODMAP qui implique beaucoup de restriction j'ai pû trouvé ce qui m'ètait recommandé. Dont des legumes lacto fermentés. Ce qui dépanne bien en attendant de faire ses 1ers bocaux.

Magasin propre. Bien achalandé. Peut parfois manquer de choix en fonction des besoins particuliers de chacun. Prix adaptés au quartier. Jeune homme à la caisse serviable et sympathique. Au top.
