ACE Hôtel Rouen Parc des Expositions

We had a wonderful time at this hotel with our family, including our beloved dog. The hotel exceeded all our expectations! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Special thanks to the administrator Stephanie for her attention and care for the guests.
We felt at home thanks to the warm and friendly atmosphere. Our dog was also very comfortable, which is very important to us.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place for a comfortable stay with family and pets. Many thanks again to Stephanie and all the staff for the excellent service! We will definitely come back again.

A quiet and new area. There is a forest nearby in which there are many hiking/running trails. Hotel is fine. Service is great. Breakfast is well!

I do wish a fridge and a microwave oven in room.

For the price, the best quality rooms you can get in France. If you're looking for a quick stop off after Newhaven Dieppe, look no further.

Great rooms (booked the 3 person room for just us 2) great beds, spacious. Bathroom looks new.. close to restaurants, mcdo, and boulangerie within 10 mins walk. Great for short stay!

We stayed here (with our dog) en route from the channel tunnel to our house near Cognac. We left the UK late, and the weather was atrocious so at midnight booked a room online for a few hours sleep. We arrived about 2am to the warmest welcome, the cleanest, well-appointed room and a huge comfy bed. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Great location for onward travel and we will be back every time we do this drive overnight. (The dog was very welcome and happy too.) See you at Christmas!

We stayed two nights in a family room. It was a bit small to sleep 4 persons but the price was good. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable beds. The reception manned 24h and secure parking opposite the hotel was good. On the weak side only 1 restaurant nearby so eat dinner in Rouen! Breakfast for €8/person was really good! Basic but good! Communication to Rouen was excellent. So if you have a car you can safely leave it in the parking and take the bus to downtown Rouen. Good value for money!

The hotel offers all you need at a reasonable price and easy access to ROUEN city via T4 bus in 30 minutes. Fast internet and spotless rooms made for a comfortable stay.

Lovely hotel, nice and clean, all facilities are in good condition. Staff is super friendly, English speaking and 24/7 on site. Parking is secure and convenient. A couple of nice restaurants are in a very short walk.

Room was basic, but the beds were good, the area is quiet, parking was free and across the entrance, and the hotel staff was friendly. And all this for a decent price. Although there is nothing in the neighborhood, you can drive to the nice city center of Rouen in 15 min.

From the moment we walked in we felt incredibly welcome. Staff are so lovely and fluent in English (which was great since my French is terrible at best).
Internet is fast and the rooms are spotless, my only complaint is the water pressure in the shower is subpar.
We had the breakfast and we really liked it, it's available from 6:30 to 10:30, we turned up at 9:30 and there was still more than enough food, the selection was lovely

Fresh new hotel. Everything you need for a reasonable price. Free parking on site. 30 minutes to the center by F9 bus vs 25 by car. The stop in a few steps. You can buy a ticket right at the bus stop.

Very clean and comfy for a budget hotel. They have a well lit and spacious parking lot. Reception staff are friendly and speak English and are available all night long unlike other similar hotels.

Clean, comfortable, quiet with secure parking and a very good breakfast. Very friendly and professional front desk. Excellent value and convenient for the auto-route, it was perfect for our needs.

Matrass too hard and pillows too small. Tap in room 515 was practically broken off the sink.
