One of the best places to eat in Geneva. I really enjoyed every meal . My only downside was sitting outside ,there were birds and wasps flying around as with most outside areas so we asked to be moved inside and the atmosphere was lovely . I would definitely recommend going there for lunch or dinner.

Our visit to Brasserie Lipp in Geneva was delightful. The service was exemplary, with friendly and attentive staff who ensured a fantastic dining experience. Despite being busy, our food arrived quickly and was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The efficiency and professionalism of the staff were impressive. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience in Geneva. We will definitely return soon!

This is the best restaurant I’ve been to in my 4 years of living in Geneva. Yes, it’s on the pricier side but our experience was great. The food (especially the lobster!) was really delicious; the dessert menu looked so good so be sure to leave some room and check it out. Personally, its strongest point was the service and atmosphere. The outside terrace is really comfortable and the waiter and hostesses were very welcoming and helpful. I am so glad we found this restaurant!

Great service. They accommodated us without any reservations. They were booked for the Friday evening, so make reservations before you go. Great brasserie with great selection of meat and seafood. Service was quick and the service was great - with perfect English. We had lamb, bone marrow, and the house burger. The atmosphere is great.

Brasserie Lipp
We fell on Brasserie Lipp by chance while in Geneva for one night only and Wow what a find, it’s next to a small shopping centre and on the first floor above the high street shops to difficult to spot, we hadn’t booked and they managed to squeeze us in, the atmosphere was excellent very bustling and busy, Our waiter (David) was brilliant and real René Artois from Allo Allo complete with apron. The menu is varied French style brasserie all looked delicious when passing our table from the kitchen. Our order arrived all together and wow everything was top class, lovely side dishes too, I had the chicken in cream sauce with mushrooms and can recommend, very generous portions all with amazing service.
I would definitely recommend finding this place if you’re in Geneva.

Very reasonable prices for Geneva. Fresh oysters. Experienced waiters and good atmosphere. By the way - good offers for the platters of seafood. For desert - try the selection of sorbets and ice creams.

Fabulous old school French brasserie
In the heart of Geneva. The brasserie has a wonderful, traditional feeling, but the menu is extensive. Traditional French food, seafood platters and traditional meat dishes are on offer.

The pumpkin soup was delectable. I could not resist trying the Salmon sashimi… which was exceptional. French and Swiss wines in offer. Service is top notch. Old school professional, and efficient. Prices are steep, but worth it.

We went for an early dinner while still jet lagged. It was hot so we ate indoors. Our waiter was pleasant and attentive. In my jet lagged state forgot to take pictures. Had bone marrow appetizer served beautifully in a mildly seasoned broth served with toast, salt, Dijon mustard and butter (!). Delicious! I managed to splash broth on my shirt and the waiter quickly came over with a spray which neutralized the stain. For a main dish my wife and I split a large dover sole, perfectly prepared with sides of boiled potatoes, so as not to overpower the delicate fish, and spinach. Be aware the restaurant is in an indoor mall but has both a genuine outdoor space and a pseudo outdoor space within the mall as well as the dining room where we ate.

Fresh tasty oysters and whelks, well cooked mussels with interesting creamy sauce, tender grilled salmon and properly combined white wine. The service was just top, I also got a recommendation for morning crepes (big thanks for that!). Totally recommend for visiting to enjoy the French cuisine!

Absolutely delicious! The chicken with cream sauce and morels and French onion soup we had as a starter were incredibly good, and the mussels and fries were just fine, though not necessarily the best I’ve had.

The service was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the small burner candles they put on the table to keep your food warm while you ate! Very clever addition for the colder months where you just want to chat and stay cozy over dinner.

The decor is clean and classy, though it does get a bit loud with the tile floors, so come a bit earlier if you’re looking for a quieter night out.

Classic French bistro seemingly related to the famous Brasserie Lipp in Paris. We had a cod dish (dos de cabillaud - beautiful portion and expertly prepared) paired with risotto, watercress and ginger and the petite choucroute, which was also outstanding and tasted exactly as I had hoped for. Good bread (always a good sign) and wine at reasonable prices. Best meal we had in Switzerland.

Dinner for our last night after a 3-week visit in France and Switzerland. We wanted something special, and Brasserie Lipp delivered! The food was fantastic, excellently prepared and artistically presented. Service was formal, but attentive. The ambiance of the restaurant was comfortable and the evening we were there, quite lively.

Highly popular place for seafood. The seafood platter was really good. There was so much to eat for the two of us. Oysters were very fresh and the the mini prawns were so sweet 😋 Would definitely return if we are back to Geneva. Thank you!

Went with the family 8 people, we usually are loud so this restaurants vibes suited us. Excellent service. Excellent. Excellent. The garcons were perfect; the waiter named Laurence was the best. Very kind and friendly and lenient. They give you extra/refill for you on occasion if youd like more salad for example. They are superb. Food options are good: I liked the appetizer cocktail crevettes. Milanaise and fries, the sol fish with lemon sauce and Their bread is so fine.

The food was great, best Artic Char & Snails I've ever had. Our waiters were very funny we had a ball with them. Definitely looking to go back.
