My wife and I booked a lunch at the restaurant and we were not disappointed, the lady was kind and courteous, the food very good and the internal atmosphere was lovely. We are now planning to live near-by and make this a local restaurant/bar. Many thanks we will be back again.

Amazing food with even better service, this is a place that everybody should visit for an array of courses. The pictures do not do it justice from the starters, Tonka dessert which is a treat and so much more. Make sure you sit outside and take in the views of the village.

The meals here are nothing short of extraordinary - you will have a meal that you will remember for the rest of your life. If you want to make memories when marking a special occasion, then come here.

One of our best meals out ever. Staff are always helpful and friendly. Food is great, tasty and well flavored. We have now eaten here a few times and will do so again. We can recommend this Auberge.

Lovely food in very pleasant surroundings. Not cheap but not over the top, reasonable for what you get. We were served by a Scottish waitress who was lovely and very helpful. Very busy for Sunday lunch- booking advised. Plenty of nearby parking and the town is charming.

Welcoming attentive staff, great food and a fabulous atmosphere nicely located in a beautiful village.

It has been a long time since we were able to visit but it was well worth it. The quality of food and service has not changed and is still superb. The menu is small but everything on it is interesting and freshly prepared so no boil in the bag predone food here. We are so pleased they have managed to weather the Covid storm and reopen after such difficult times. Well done.

Lovely staff and very chilled out location in one of the prettiest villages in the Charente. Good mixture of French and English nationals make up the clientele.
Looking forward to my next visit.

Had lunch there today, menu du jour well presented and very tasty. €13 each plus drinks, really good value. Will be going again!
