If you are new to france and can’t speak in french like me, and want to buy any electronic item at this store, Ask for (SARAH in electric department) , she is the best! She is amazing and makes the process really smooth. She goes above and beyond for her customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and she know the stuff. She speaks in English and very friendly. No pressure, she will allow you take your time and suggests the right product in your budget.

Happy to give me returned stock at a discount, with an extra gift, a man called Martin helped me, happy to speak English at my request, knowledgable and helpful. Way better than FNAC (in my short experience) and the TV I wanted was 20.€ cheaper here without a discount too
