Who would have known? I went in for a couple of kitchen utensils, and for the stroopwafel. Suddenly, I hear someone struggling behind me, only to see that this person, who was blind, was actually being helped by someone working at the store.
Jason, it turns out, accompanied this blind lady throughout her entire customer experience. He was attentive, he demonstrated compassion, he described the items to her, one by one... the colors, the shapes, how they could be used... and gave his honest feedback on what he thought she would like the most.
Jason made my experience at this store an emotional one. Seeing someone so careful, so devoted to his job, and so willing to go above and beyond, as he helped that lady across the store by letting her hold his arm.... is just what the world needs more.
That lady’s customer experience didn’t end at the store. I noticed Jason walked her out and made sure she was in safety, to then come back to the store and resume his activities.
Congratulations HEMA on your incredible staff members at the Paris Italie 2 store. You’ve won my business for life.

I like this shop has some fun presents and things for home or sweats.

Cliente très fidèle à l'enseigne depuis maintenant 2 ans, je trouve ce Hema super chouette ! Le personnel est adorable, très disponible et réactif ! J'adore faire mes courses et acheter des objets de décoration là-bas :)
J'adore surtout la collection Miffy qu'ils proposent ! Par ailleurs, je tenais sincèrement à remercier le directeur du magasin Lucien ainsi que la vendeuse Jade pour leur précieuse aide et d'avoir appelé un autre Hema pour me garder deux articles Miffy que j'avais demandés comme ils étaient en rupture de stock ! J'ai pu aller les récupérer sans problème, merci infiniment à eux !! 💕🥰
Je recommande chaleureusement ce magasin les yeux fermés !
