Boutique Orange - Bergerac

We went into your Bergerac store to purchase a new iPhone. Our French isn't very good yet but it was no problem.

Your sales consultant Jérôme was super helpful in English (and let us practice our French!). He is very knowledge, works quickly and efficiently and made the process an absolute pleasure.

We visited the store to arrange for fibre to be connected. As usual Jerome was incredibly helpful and he speaks very good English which helped us enormously.

As the foreigners and not speaking french yet we were a bit worried about the communications at the service desk. But a young gentleman was very friendly and helpful and solved all our problems in 10 min.

The salesman helpt us wonderful and his explinations of the returning of the router was clear

I visited the store on two occasions last week and the assistant was very helpful in the purchase of a new mobile phone, he downloaded all our contacts, the helpful hints app and explained in general turns how it worked. On the second occasion he connected the new livebox to the telephone and our tablet, so we are very, very satisfied.

Excellent service and friendly staff! Booked RDV online for adjustment of my mobile contract, addition of an eSIM and information regarding fibre glas availability. All requests attended and questions answered within 10 minutes. Chapeau!

Super Service, Mr. Flavien at the store is doing great job. I am sure he would do really well and might even reach to top level at Orange. Thanks a lot. Was a great experience overall at Orange store.

Didn't have to wait too long. Service has improved by 100% since a year ago.

The madame who helped me was very obliging and pleasant and spoke English which is a big plus for me.

Very helpful and understanding of our lack of French language skills. Sorted us out with phones and internet in about 45 minutes.

Par contre peu satisfait du service Orange qui renvoie à internet pour compléter ma commande de Fibre pr récupération repeteur wifi ? Possible en boutique mais 10× plus cher ???..

Ma quatrième Livebox de suite a été échangée ! Ma panne réseau n'a pas été réparée depuis 6 semaines et en plus on m'envoie un SMS pour me dire que je n'étais pas au RdV alors que mon téléphone est à coté de moi !!!! Service technique Orange = 0 !

J'ai eu un Rdv dans l'heure qui a suivi ma demande de rencontre avec un conseiller.
J'ai été très bien accueillie. Il a su prendre ma demande en charge. Il s'est rendu disponible. Il a été très compréhensif dans l'ensemble de ses explications.
