What a fabulous property to stay at to explore Rhayader and the beautiful Elan Valley.
The old drapers property had everything you could possibly need for a break away. It was extremely well laid out, very warm and comfortable and its location is perfect for visiting the town and Elan valley.
The wet room is ideal after a walk, run or cycle ride amongst incredible scenery.
I would not hesitate in recommending this property, and the company are easy to deal with and very friendly.

We recently spent a delightful three days at the Bake House by Mid Wales Holiday Lets, and our experience was truly enjoyable. Accommodating two families, the provided facilities were exceptional and unmatched. The highlight was the breathtaking mountain view visible from the spacious and cozy living room. The entire apartment exuded warmth and comfort, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

A delightful surprise awaited us in the form of a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, a thoughtful touch that added to the overall positive experience. The apartment was well-equipped with essential amenities, including a washing machine, iron box, hair dryer, stove, oven, and more. The attention to detail in providing everything needed for a comfortable stay was impressive.

Equally commendable was their communication and service. All necessary information and arrangements were efficiently handled through email, showcasing a seamless and convenient process.

Based on our wonderful experience, we have no hesitation in expressing our intention to return in the future. Additionally, we wholeheartedly recommend the Bake House and Mid Wales Holiday Lets to friends and fellow travelers seeking a memorable and comfortable holiday experience.

We had another brilliant stay here, so clean and well presented and love the new hot tub addition. It's one of our fave places to stay in Rhayader, as it's so close to everything. Looking forward to our next visit.

Totally recommend Glyndwr House for a large party (up to 16). We had a family celebration weekend and everything exceeded our expectations. Great location, very clean, superb facilities with everything we needed. Also hot tub and sauna made the stay extra-special. Drying rooms and storage were great for the cyclists among us. 100% recommend for a family stay for all ages.

We are a group of 12 to 15 motorcyclists, this was our 3rd year staying in these super apartments and we have booked again for next year, 15 motorcycles will fit in the garage if packed correctly 🤔😁 the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the hot tub is great after a long days riding. Plenty of pubs serving good food and a good selection of drinks.

My wife and I, plus dog Max recently stayed in the Cwtch Apartment. The standard of the property was excellent. A great range of items supplied with the let, from dishwasher to washing machine (if required). The Apartment was spotless. I can't thank the Mid Wales Holiday Let team enough, we had a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I recommend this 100%. Amazing house with great host. Booking.com messed up our booking so it was a bit stressful at first but thankfully, the host helped me and resolved all the issues for me in a short time. It felt good to know that everything was handled and I felt stress free. Really grateful for that!
They also did the most to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The house was perfect for our family of 7, really clean and lovely. Everyone enjoyed. Thank you so much for being so helpful, Well done, that’s a really good customer service. We will be back!

A group of us have just enjoyed our second long weekend motorcycle trip to Rhayader. We stayed in the flats both times and both times have been excellent. Always clean, ideally situated for a touring base and a lockup garage that held our ten motorcycles. We’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely faultless stay at this beautifully appointed holiday let. Spacious and comfortable with a large, communal dining room and plenty of bedrooms for larger group bookings. Used this as a base for a long cycling weekend and wasn't disappointed with the scenery, friendly locals and fabulous food. Highly recommended.

Literally the best holiday lets we have ever been too. Fantastic place, perfectly clean, very welcoming. The company also could do no more for us - they went, as always, above and beyond. This was planning to be our last trip to the area for a while, but we loved it so much - we are booking again.

Secure bike/motorcycle parking and easy access to Elan Valley.
The owner provided great advice on where to eat out in Rhayader and he was spot on, great food in very friendly pubs.
Will definitely look at this one again.

Myself and some friends stayed at The Old Drapers for a weekend away in Rhayader. Conveniently located in the town centre, we were really pleased with the facilities and felt it was great value for money. Rhys at Mid Wales Holiday Lets was very helpful throughout. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Stayed in Glandwr House, a superb holiday let. Very clean, very well equipped and finshed to a high standard.
The host was so very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, including fresh milk in the fridge. Couldn't want a better place to stay for a family group to stay for a 50th Anniversary celebration. Will gladly stay again and happily recommend.

We booked to stay in Glandwr House from Australia and found the host to be super helpful, when we arrived he even took the time to nip into town to buy us milk (and a bottle of sparkly wine when he learned we were there to celebrate a Golden Wedding Anniversary).
This is an amazing holiday home, that is spotlessly clean and very well equipped (where else would you find an en suite in every bedroom, a sauna in the basement and a hot tub in the garden). It was the perfect place for a family reunion to celebrate my parents anniversary, we couldn’t have wished for more.
We will be back! I can highly recommend Mid Wales Holiday Lets and Glandwr House to anyone looking for a relaxing family home to stay in a beautiful part of Wales.

Stayed at this fab house for family wedding. Greeted by Alan who gave us a tour and provided us with information we needed. Glandwr house is spacious, very clean, very well equipped. No hesitation on recommending this property and location.....area is stunning with plenty to do for all! 😁

Brilliant accommodation in a great location for exploring mid Wales. The owners have paid a lot of attention to the quality of refurbished buildings in Rhayader. I cannot think how it could be better.

Stayed at The Old Drapers. Clean, spacious and cosy apartment. All you need for a great stay in town. Management are so helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Beautifully furnished, clean, efficient, with secure bike storage so my brother didnt have to sleep cuddling his bike. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful house. Finished to a high standard and with everything you could want. Have stayed with these guys the past 3 years and the service is second to none.
