Popped in for a bit of lunch on bike trip with Mrs. I had Ham Egg and Chips Mrs has chicken and avocado salad. Both were absolutely excellent. I had two lovely fried eggs and a mountain of ham hidden under a substantial portion of chunky chips. Definitely recommended and will definitely be going again when out on bike. 👍

Stopped off for lunch at the cafe whilst travelling through the area. Very friendly staff and decent, reasonably priced food. Happily recommend.

Had a lovely lunch with hubby. I had the steak baguette & he had the burger. Lovely food plenty of chips & a cheeky extra sausage for our dog.

We dropped in for breakfast and later a cake and a cup of Welsh tea/coffee. The food was gorgeous and very reasonably priced.
The egg yolks were still runny in my Wyns Breakfast and my husband loved the fried bread; he hasn't had fried bread in years.
Cake, coffee and tea were delicious! Would thoroughly recommend.

What a find this is, such a lovely welcoming surprise for two hungry vegans..
Had the choice of at least four mains (vegan lasagne, four bean chill, all day breakfasts & baked potatoes) from the menu and advised if there was anything else we wanted they could do that for us… amazing friendly helpful accommodating staff… special thanks again to the proprietor & our gorgeous bubbly blue haired waitress who couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming..
Needless to say after our fabulous lunch and vegan coffees (oat, organic soya and almond milks available) we set off into the hills with a bag of vegan sausage rolls and vegan chocolate cake for tea, what a treat and an absolute delight!
Will try to call in on our way home, just too good to miss…

Did stay in rooms but food was lovely and service was great. Really nice latte made with good quality coffee. Waffles with bacon and eggs was out of this world. Will go in again if back that way. Thanks

Called into the cafe on Sunday 9th October during a coach stop on our way home. Despite being busy prepping for a busy Sunday lunch trade we were welcomed and a table found for myself and 2 friends to have a coffee and teacake. We were disappointed we couldn't stay for lunch as the food looked delicious! Highly recommended and hope to visit again sometime.

Well run cafe - we always stop here for a break when driving from South to North Wales. Good selection of fresh pies and pastries, tea, coffee etc

This review is for the cafe. Stopped off here a few times, for a break when out cycling, and has been very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Food is good and cafe is furbished well. It is an old building with exposed beams, which gives off a warm and welcoming feeling.

We stopped at the cafe for lunch (we did not avail ourselves of the accommodation on this trip), but were impressed with the food we bought. My friend had a burger and I had a breakfast sandwich - they were both delicious, washed down by a couple of lattes! The young lady who brought our food was really helpful, friendly and polite and a credit to the cafe - even though she had only worked there for a week. I will definitely stop here again.

A lot more than a no frills guest house. Large comfortable rooms. Friendly knowledgeable staff ans a good night's sleep. Plus a delicious and generous but reasonably priced breakfast. Did this weary traveller the world of good.
Only negative is the noisy locals outside and close proximity to pubs means drunken noise at kick out time, but, nothing to do with the hotel so a full 5 stars from me.

Wonderful service and we had an amazing breakfast.
Hot chocolate was exactly as hot as my wife likes it.
